Terrible service. My sister tried to order but couldn’t hear the cashier. She politely told this ….. (ma’am I can’t hear you.) She began in a rude very elevated voice repeating herself and rolling her eyes at my sister. Then I got my food it was awful. I love chorizo and eggs. The omelette had so many jalapeño’s. I ate half and couldn’t handle anymore. I thought maybe it just wasn’t mixed in right. Nope. We started sifting through the omelette. The omelette had more jalapeños than eggs. My sister took it to the manager and was told well you ate half. How were we to know the whole dam thing was filled with an overwhelming amount of jalapeños. I thought maybe the next bite won’t have so many since it was covered with sauces. Nope. Unbelievable, how rudely we were treated. I will never and I mean never go back or recommend this place to anyone. On a side note they started talking about us and said they were going to have nightmares. The owner should be made aware. Looking at all the reviews it probably wouldn’t matter.
My friend and I stop here regularly after working out at the gym across the street. Usually everything is fine but today my friend ordered a chorizo and egg burrito and I ordered a Tom's burrito through the drive thru. When we paid the lady told us that the burritos were marked, however as we found out on the way home...they were marked wrong today. Previously the worst experience we had here was that it was stuffy one summer morning and you broke a sweat ordering inside.
Good food and good coffee. I like decaf glad they had it and good french vanilla creamers. Definitely affordable about $24 bucks for 2 breakfasts and 2 coffees. I've always loved the French toast from here.
I come 4 times a week for the same thing every time and they've never charged me for ranch when I already pay 16 bucks for a meal and they charger me 2 dollars for ranch this time when the manager says their not supposed to give it free. Time to switch up the morning routine.
My friend visited me at my house. My wife didn't want to cook in the weekend. We went out for breakfast. This restaurant was reminded of the good one; price reasonable, food with coffee delicious, and friendly workers in clean environment. We enjoyed our breakfast.
Food was good. But service was not. The server Melanie P was awful. Ordered homestyle fries with my food and didn't receive it. I brought it to the servers attention tonight and she said she would fix it. After waiting 10/15 mins I asked what the wait was. She instantly got an attitude and said that I should've have ordered them as a side which I did, then said I should've brought up my plate to her to switch it. She was unprofessional and unpleasant. Her manager offered to help the situation but the solutions didn't make unfortunately the poor service.
I love the Pastrami sandwich. Unfortunately it can be a hit or miss. Meaning there are days the Pastrami & French roll on point. Then there's days not on point. Pastrami quality Not fresh.and the French roll is hard. Nevertheless I pay $16+ for Pastrami & fries. No drink..The STAFF Was Great though.
Sometimes it's better to dine inside then to go. Ordered something that would usually taste good but unfortunately it was a disappointment since the patty was over cooked, and fries was soggy even though I requested well done fries.
I grew up going to Tom's so it was a welcoming sight seeing one in Victorville. Had the pastrami combo (of course) and loved it.Service - when I walked in at 7:45 p.m. on a Monday, there was one party that was sitting that had four. So no one was in line. Without being greeted I stood in front of the cashier who eventually took my order after 5 minutes. There was absolutely no reason whatsoever for her to be rude to me like she was, but she clearly didn't care. No greeting, no I'll be with you in a moment, no just go away and I'll get to you when I do... Just silence as she wrote away on her receipts ignoring me like I didn't even exist. When I asked her what drinks they had,she rattled off about five or six items, I asked her to slow down and repeat them. She repeated them, but faster than she said them the first time...When my order was ready, I was given my items in a Togo bag. ? ? ?... Why even ASK for here or to go if you clearly won't listen to the answer? When I corrected a different waitress on the error, she called out to the cook, who went to find a receipt to confirm. So another few minutes had to pass before the cook (literally) dumped my food on to a plate. (saw it with my own 2 eyes)I get it, it's Victorville and it's Tom's, but at what point can we at least ACT like we care? I wasn't expecting 5 star service. I know the area and where I went. Hoping management sees this. I'd love to report her name....but of course... no name tag.
Food is little pricey the wait sometimes can be long, but the food is always freshly made and amazing. Never had a bad meal. Chili cheese dogs and Pastrami Chili cheese fries a must try. French toast is good for breakfast too
