Always an experience, traditional habachi style dinner cooked in front of you. Staff is pleasant and helps as much as possible. The restaurant has a wide variety of selection. So much like Benihana without driving that far or paying that much.
I went here because Benihana didn't have any reservations and I really didn't want to drive down the hill. They only had 2 chefs so the wait was kind of long which the waitress warned us about once we were seated. The food was ok, so we asked for garlic butter on the side which was a cost of $2.00. The chef put on the best show he could but I could tell he was tired. The cleanliness definitely needs to be improved and the place needs to be updated. Overall, definitely not Benihana but a cheap imitation which costs slightly less. Next time, I may try a hibachi food truck or make it myself at home.
I patronize this restaurant often. ToDay I walked in and was the only one in line waiting to be seated, four other women of a different race came in and the owner asked the lady were we together they said no but she was first, than she offered to sit them and not acknowledge me nor serve me. I told her I was first and it was Rude to not acknowledge me, thanShe said I was on my phone so she wanted to sit them first and she said oh well and sat the other women anyways. Regardless if I'm on the phoneor not after it was stated I was next she should have served me not ignore me than nake rude disrespectful remarks. I was racially discriminate against for the second time at this location and will never spend my money here again. I do not recommend this restaurant to no one. Im Extremely disgusted and dissatisfied with the service by the owners. I will be placing complaints with the health board and city council, radio and vv news regarding the racism at this establishment. Video of the Incident will be publicly posted.
Both my grandsons were in town and they wanted to go to Benihana but they were not taking reservations at a reasonable hour so we decided to go local. Food was okay, show was, "I've seen better". They automatically added a tip on the bill and I almost didn't see it, maybe because we were six. Check your bill to make sure before paying. Iced tea was good.
Food was ok. Service seem like they try to hurry you to eat and go. For two adults and 3 kids meals was $170. I will not recommend this place I prefer going to samurai sushi way better food and a better experience this cheap place
Very unorganized & unsanitary. Our forks were dirty. We waited 30mins to get a table & waited 2 hrs for the cook to come. A cook cooked the food for a table that sat after us & we had at wait another hour for our food to be cooked
The worst experience I had. The food was not cooked and I told the waitress she was rude. Then the “manager” came back and said I am so sorry we would like to give you 10% off. Out bill was 95 bucks for taking 2 bites and not liking it. The steak was way over cooked the broccoli was hard and the drinks were have empty when served! Never again! First and last time!
A nice place that is fun and entertaining to eat, for the food is cooked and prepared at the table. It is sort of like a show. Would recommend the steak and shrimp combo for about $30.
Sorry to say a terrible experience. Chef was new and shouldn't have been out on his own. Didn't ask why we were there. No show. Over cooked steaks, lobster, and shrimp. I'm not sure if we'll ever go back.
I bring my family for Christmas dinner. The food was excellent. Our cook was outstanding the food was prepared and cooked well. They have a wide selection of drinks. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back
