My fiancé and I love Taco Bell, but as of lately at this specific location; it has not been good as far as service goes. We went yesterday and today. Yesterday we ordered something after waiting at the counter for a couple minutes until someone finally helped us once there conversation with another employee was done and today same issue, but I did not order anything. I went in to skip the long drive thru line and they’re were 2 people that already got there order taken while I was at the counter waiting the entire time. I decided to walk out and leave and will not be coming back to this store until employees learn to value the customers over there side conversations
Absolutely the worst location on Palmdale Road in Victorville! Ordered online and picked up inside. We were the only people inside. I'm taking in account that the drive thru was busy so I was patient at first. Waited 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. And only after I saw 5 employees including the manager just talking, and not about the orders...I said excuse me, I'm here to pick up my online order. They said they were working on it. After 5 minutes I was asked what I needed, and let them know I was waiting for my order. He then said "my bad, your order was already done." He handed me a bag with 2 of the Mexican pizzas. I asked for the rest, and he looked confused. The rude manager comes and brings another bag, and asks what kind of sauces. I asked for 3 of each. Then I asked for my Baja Blast, and she says "we don't have it now, what else do you want. Granted... I was already there almost half of an hour! We get home, only to find our order was completely wrong, and there were no sauces in the bag!!! We can't even call the location because no one answers, and the voicemail will not allow messages, and asks to call back during non peak hours! Maybe retrain staff and management with better customer service etiquette and accuracy.
Went there today 04/25/2022 for the 1st time in wow 9 months maybe 10 months and I wanted a Chupla well the flat bread was not thawed out so couldn't have that..then I got something else..then wanted a Dr pepper because I don't drink Pepsi got up to window to pay and was told they no longer serve Dr.pepper.so I ended up getting Root beer.so never again will I back..
Have had several issues with this location before. Tried to place order through the website to minimalize as much of the interaction with the staff as possible. According to the website, my credit card, and emailed receipt the order went through; however according to whoever was working the drive thru, it never arrived. Got back home to confirm everything did go through and yeah, wasted my time and still had to deal with the staff.
They made my nachos perfectly..very meaty and cheesy
The food was good not problems with this just what I don’t like is why keep only open one bathroom for both sex we need wipe out the toilet after a guy’s was using the same bathroom.,pee everything ? a least for hygiene as a woman’s
Worst place ever, they gave me the wrong order. And were arguing that I had took the order on my own account, while everyone else in the restaurant agreed with me. The food was cold, and they gave me an uncompleted order.
Good place to get a quick bite to eat when you're on the go or just dinning in and relaxing or enjoying time with the family. Good food, friends service.
5 layer burrito ? is a negative.. the worst thing ever.. looks like they can't afford the ingredients.. the server's can't look at you in the face cause they know it's a rip-off.. I gave this 5 layer burrito to a dog on the street and the dog made a whole and left it.. not even worth burying. 5 negative stars
Food sucked they should be called a vegetarian tacos No meat. Will not return. You always take it in the neck in the drive through
