Been wanting to try this place and it was okay. Great happy hour for shakes and drinks from 2-5 M-F and the fries were better than average, but the burger was a little greasy and a little smaller in size than most fast food burger places. Probably won't try again for awhile.
Due to COVID, it's a bit more challenging to eat in restaurants. We tried going in to order, but they were busy, so we went through the Drive thru to order. Customer service and food was great! The Garlic burger was amazing!!!
Solid burger with good service. Has done in right now and food was made fast. Shakes a bit too thick to easily drink though.
Good shakes but not with the wait. Child fries too. We ordered 2 shakes and fries and it took 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead of us.
I love their Happy Hour 1/2 priced shakes. Their hamburgers are great also. They have the nicest crew working there.
First time eating a chili cheese dog. Well worth it. Will have again.
Customer service is something to be desired. The gentleman who took our order was nice when we were able to get his attention but that was as far as it went. The restaurant wasn't busy when we arrived yet it took them over half an hour to give us our food. The burger was barely warm. The cheese wasn't even melted. There was so much ketchup and mustard on the bun that you could not taste anything else on the burger. Our fries were cold and the skate we ordered tasted like plastic. I would not recommend this place at all. Not worth the time or money spent.
Their burgers were great. Garlic burgers are my favorite. But i was disappointed with their fries. They were not the great shoestring fries you get at other stake and shake stores. They were just regular under cooked fries you can buy anywhere. I will not return because of the fries
I won’t ever go back to this Steak ‘n Shake.There were only a few cars in the drive through, but it took us over half an hour to get our food (add that to the traffic to get off/on the freeway, and getting our lunch took an hour!). None of our food was hot when we got it, so we’re not sure what took so long. The burgers were great and shakes were good, but the fries weren’t very tasty (they probably would’ve been good hot).One of us ran in to grab something, and the restaurant was being fully run by teenagers. They need to get some better leadership in there and get things moving.
