This is by far the BEST Starbucks location in the High Desert. The staff is ALWAYS friendly regardless of who is working the window. Their customer service is exceptional. Their drive thu is almost never backed up because they are so dang fast. It's like they know what you are going to order before you order it. Even when it does get backed up, l have never waited longer than 5 minutes! I don't know how they do it but they obviously have a great team and should be recognized for their hard work. Thank you for making my mornings easy breezy!

I love this Starbucks. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. This is my favorite Starbucks in the high desert. I always recommend people to go to this location because of the exceptional service.

Ussally waiting 20-40 minutes for drinks after apeox. pickup time. Even when doing mobile orders, baristas usually ignore you when trying to check in. I usually spend 10 minutes trying to get a baristas attention. Real frustrating every single time I go here, drive thru is faster then mobile ordering.
1st time visiting this location and I got terrible service. I placed and order on the app. I arrive and within a minute they call my name for the muffin I ordered. I mentioned I have a drink as well, and he see’s my cup in the counter and says oh there still making. Ok. We’ll 25 mins go by, I think ok there just busy. After everyone waiting gets there drinks, and I still haven’t gotten mine, and they tell me the store will be closing to Drive-Thru only, so I ask where’s my drink. Now they tell me oh, we’re out of mocha for the hot chocolate. Wow! Like they couldn’t tell me this when I asked the first time? What no communication between the employees? Truly terrible, all this time wasted when I have an appointment and something else could of been made without having to wait any longer since there busy or they could of just refunded also.
The wait was a bit on the long side, however they were very busy and I was pleased with how they informed me that they were sorry it was taking a bit long and that they were working on my order next. I think the staff here is working very hard, they might just need a bit more help. It was very busy at 6 AM but that is a good sign. The food and the coffee was very good.
This is one of our regular stops coming or going to southern california. Always busy but provides friendly, efficient service.
Went through the drive thru and was disappointed when I ordered my holiday drink :( didn't even bother putting whip cream or the topping it's supposed to have ? didn't notice till I drove off, all other Starbucks do it automatically like the hell.
All the neighboring Star Bucks were giving out free coffee to Veterans except the one in Adelanto. I guess they don't appreciate veterans.or are just very money ? hungry
