Everything very dirty I went at 8 pm one evening got to window 840 then waited another 20 for my stuff while watching girls dance around they for got my shake one girl said she gave it to us no then the so called mangers mind u was one of the girls dancing around playing around while the drive Thur line going out of parking lot ni light on by tables or parking lot I would never go back

Super slow service had to wait an hour in the drive thru and the employees were dancing around like it was grad night instead of doing their job was very ridiculous

We just spent an hour in the Drive-Thru at Sonic when you get to the ordering station they ask you to wait so all the cars behind you think you're holding up the line when they are the ones making you wait. When we got to the window and asked the manager Devin why it took an hour in the Drive-Thru line she said it was because only two people were working there when I explained to her that it wasn't my problem how many employees they had but it was my problem that I spent an hour in line running off gas and asked her if I could get a discount on our milkshakes she told me no when my husband asked who the owner of the store was she said she didn't know and when my husband said he was going to call the owner to make a complaint she told us she would not serve us I would never go there again and we will be calling the owner to make a complaint the manager was rude and inconsiderate

Me and my kids were happy with the service we received. Just need to work on app. Stated they were out of almost everything we tried to order. Instead just ordered from pull up menu and was a success.

super fast service. delicious footlong coney for 4 bucks. amazing shakes for about $3. passing thru after camping at calico ghost town with the family. thank you for refueling us in such a delicious way!

We have been here three times now in a month. Each time we have come we have pulled into the parking spots to order and we are told oh we are only serving at the drive thru.What is the point of having these services if you can never get service? This last time they told us this and then after we go to the drive thru we see them then proceed to take orders and bring orders out to others? Am I missing something here? The food is great but the service needs work. Update I ordered and when then when I got to the window the charged me and I look at the receipt and said you didn’t charge me for all of my order. She then tells me the manager won’t do add on’s at the window. I said it’s not an add on you got my order wilting she said they can’t do anything i would need to go back through the drive through which I just sat in for 40 minutes. I told her give me my money back. No apology no nothing. So when your employees make mistakes they don’t care? Noted won’t EVER come back.

If I could give negative stars I would! So my husband and I place an order for a #12 honey BBQ with a route 44 cherry limeade and a med. Cherry limeade cream slush with a small dollop of extra ice cream on top. 10 minutes later a young man came out for clarification on my drink. Once I did he said oh we don't do that, I told him that I they had done so for me a few days ago and had just charged me extra, he say no we don't do that, I said ok can I please speak with your manager, he said she's busy in the kitchen, and I said we didn't mind waiting, he says well I am a manager, my husband says obviously not one with the authority to help us please get your manager or cancel our order, "the manager" says fine we'll cancel your order, walks aways and locks both doors in front. My husband at this point is reasonably angry and bangs on the door until a heavy set woman with blue hair comes to talk to him. She says she's the GM and because he was pounding on the door she wasn't going help us out give us any way to contact her boss. So in short there is VERY POOR customer service and management skills here. I've worked in the industry and had any of my GM's managers or employees talked to and acted the way that this gentleman did we would have been written up if not fired on the spot and then the way the GM handled things were equally as rude.

We come from the other sonic in apple valley because they are low staffed and rude and get to this one and they don’t answer us through drive through. It was 9:40pm and they close at 10 and they were already cleaning and not serving. Bad workers don’t even want to answer us to say sorry they are closed for whatever reason they are close early.

I went through the drive thru and this lady automatically had a rude attitude I pull up to the window and ordered again she said I had to order at the drive thru speaker I asked for her name and I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager how could they put such disrespectful person as a manager. Her name is Sam and she doesn't deserve that title. I will be speaking to corporate as well and the boss I also had my kids in the car then she wanted to pull out her camera as well and record and say "that's why you should of order at the speaker" and shut the window hard

This particular Sonics has some of the rudest ppl working there day or night . I will never go there again!! The you g lady working the drive through acted as if she didn’t want to help us then they gave the ppl behind us their food before they gave us our food. They wouldn’t do an add on for a drink and it took 45 mins to get our food !! Highly disappointed is not even the phrase !!
