This was my second time here, it will be the last. Both times service was extremely bad. The server ignored our table most of the time on both occasions, it almost seemed purposely. Maybe that's how they get you not to eat so much and still charge $35-$40 per person (no drink). The food isn't bad, but good luck getting your server to bring you the meats, sides, sauces or drinks. We had to repeatedly ask for everything. We had to go as far as asking the owner to help bring in drinks because the server wouldn't, to which she replied that we couldn't ask her for help, redirecting us to the unhelpful server. Owner just as unhelpful. When we finally pointed out to our server her lack of assistance she replied with an attitude. It wasn't until she brought us the check that her attitude changed, obviously expecting our tips not to reflect our frustration.
Leaving 2 stars because the food was good, but the pricing has gone up insanely. Plus, none of the prices were labeled on the menus. Had dinner with my husband he ordered a beer(8$) and I had a coke(3.99). It came out to $91.23 for the regular menu not the premium and that was before leaving a tip. I've been coming here for 8 years and sadly, I won't be coming back. I'd rather spend the gas money to go down the hill and eat at another Korean bbq place who charge the same price but have top quality meat, seafood and side options.
Was told price increase after our party of 15 had ordered...Service and food were good..But not worth $40 a person for "All you can eat"... charged extra if you didn't finish any meat you didn't finish.
It’s disappointing, this place gets worse every time we stop by. I was just there, my family has been coming here for a few years now. From the beginning, the owner was never friendly to us but she was always nice to other customers. The food was good so we never said anything, and at the time the servers were always friendly anyway. Today I tasted their cucumber kimchi and it tasted really bad and I think that is what made me sick. I know I’m not the only one because I saw bile in the other toilets. Why I saw all that was because their toilets were not flushing properly. I told an employee that the food is probably making people sick and that I got sick from the food too, she just said “okay”.Instead of a review that makes me sound like a total Karen, I was going to talk to the owner, but she was too busy yelling at one of her employees and honestly she was never once kind to us in the first place. We do not know what we did to her for her to always be so rude to us. I understand prices and everything are high, but the owner needs to do better at keeping the food fresh, it’s making people sick and it’s such a waste because we are spending money here just to throw it all up. This place has so much potential to be amazing if managed properly. I do not recommend this place anymore to anybody.The owners daughter has always been friendly and kind to us though, so we do like her.
The service was good. Our waitress Stephanie was awesome (she deserves 5 stars)! The meat selection was extremely slim but good and the sides were tiny. The cost is beyond outrageous! I will never go again. You don't get enough for what they charge. I've had Korean BBQ before and this place only stays in business because it has no competition in high desert. If you want real quality and a decent price, go down the hill.
Went to this place with my daughter and we are not allowed to eat because the policy in this restaurant is needs 2 adult to eat. Lol never in my life know that a restaurant requires 2 adult to eat. Lol. And i saw a table with 1 adult and 2 kids and ask the welcoming committee how about them. And replied to me that the other kid is adult and he is 8 yrs old. Lol so 8 yrs old is the new adult now? Ridiculous. Opens at 5 pm. What the.
Super disappointed. I come here all the time. When covid first started I ordered meats to grill at home because that's how much I love this place. I was waitong for my friend who is driving up the hill from work to meet me for dinner and they kept telling me if she didn't get here soon they wouldn't serve me because they close at 9. (I got here at 7:15pm) i said that's ok can I sit down and just start eating without her. They said no. It's a 2 person minimum to be seated. (Something I have never heard of). I asked so if I wanted to come here and just have dinner I can't do that? And they said no you can't. That's ridiculous. I left. Called my friend to meet me somewhere else. I come here once a week. Never coming back.
Good service but the price for 2 plates and a bottle of soju is almost a hundred dollars
First time here. My bro invited me and said it was good. He was right. 4 stars because the waiters don't know how to bus the tables as they bring new plates of food. It's not that hard to remove empty plates when ppl are done with them. Good Korean BBQ though.
Amazing experience. My 1st time dining with a mini grill in the center of the table. The meat selection was great along with the quality of meat. The staff was very attentive and informative.
