Went to Sakura boba for the first time today, they have a wide variety of drinks. I went for a mango tea with boba and rainbow jelly and absolutely loved it, definitely worth the drive. Staff were friendly. Prices were also good my family and i ordered 4 drinks and it was less than other places that don't taste that well.
I've been here befor and the service has been great but today they ran out of Boba.....question how you run out of Boba at a Boba shop but the woman was still very nice and let me know befor I got to the ordering table.?
I got a strawberry and banana smoothie with rainbow jelly and it was very delicious! This was my first time trying this place out and it took like a good 8 minutes to get my drink (even when not crowded) but it was still very good
First of all, If I could leave 0 Stars I would but it was nice inside. The boba was absolutely atrocious and hard, the drink literally just tasted like tea. I know it didn't order a tea so very disappointed, workers were also not friendlyDefinitely Do Not Recommend :)
The milk tea and boba were amazing. The shop is very cute and would go there anytime. I wish they had a better location rather.
Hello! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and til this day I’ve always had the most tastiest drinks ever! The staff are always super friendly and I’ve met the owner a couple of times and has always been friendly and helpful as well. I want to thank them for always making my drink perfect, 3 months ago a family member had passed away, he would always get drinks with me and my sisters here and would get a specific drink. Lately I’ve been coming to the boba shop more often to get the drink he always would get and it always taste perfect every time regardless if there were any new workers. Whenever I get the drink and taste it, it makes me feel closer to him. Also, I want to thank the workers for working hard! Working in a boba shop or any kinds of work that has to do with drinks and foods, its never easy. They are a popular boba shop in the high desert, so whoever is hating on them for taking long with the orders, taking long with making the drinks can go to a class where they teach respect and manners. I’ve been there and seen how hard the workers work, how many orders they make for not just 1 boba drink, but for more than 5 drinks in 1 order! If they ever made a drink for you and you didn’t like it, then that’s your own will if you want to come back or not, not theirs! Also, stop blaming the workers who didn’t even do anything to you, they can also refuse service for any of the people who come in with attitude.
This was my second time here. I returned because the boba was good. But I will never go back again. No one greets you. Me and my daughter waited 30 minutes for boba. Just for them to get my drink order wrong. So I explained that it was wrong. Instead of them apologizing, the girl told me that it was my responsibility to make sure I had the correct drink when they repeat it. Even tho no one repeated it. And I told her my order that I actually ordered. And she told me that she couldn’t give it to me because it was more expensive. And she was extremely rude. I was trying to be as nice as possible, even tho I was frustrated. I had my daughter with me , who was crying because she wanted strawberry milk with extra boba. The same thing she orders from every other boba place. What they gave me was a black tea with boba. And the audacity.
I recently visited for the first time. This might be the best boba in the High Desert I ordered a taro smoothie with boba & it was delicious. It is one of their most popular drinks.What I disliked:❌ Atmosphere.I brought a book I had been reading in hopes to find a peaceful place to sit and relax but they had music from the radio playing obnoxiously loud (including advertisements). Religious signs posted everywhere. The floor was wet from mopping during the middle of the day, 3 pm.❌Service.Courteous, but not friendly. I wasn’t greeted when I entered even though I was the only guest in the store. Nor was I acknowledged when leaving.I will definitely be returning to try their other drinks in the future :)
its okay.When you go and get a drink it depends on how lucky you are for the drink to come out good because sometimes you go and you get a good drink but sometimes the drink will be completely watered down and pretty much undrinkable.The boba is good but they just dont have a sweet taste to it like most places do. 3 stars for being inconsistent with the drinks
The macarons were good, but the boba pearls in the drinks were tough and kind of stale. The lavender and matcha milk teas were just ok, the flavor wasn't quite there for either drink.The interior is very clean and there is easy parking outside.
