This place is awesome!!! With a 1950 atmosphere the hostess was very pleasant and made us feel right at home. And the food is to die for everything is fresh, and cooked perfectly!!! and the prices are Very Reasonable!, it's like they're giving the meals away! Will definitely make this our brunch place every weekend!!! Good bye Denny's.
Hadn't been to Richie's, sinceCovid. Upon walking up, you aregreeted by oldies but goodies.The place is very clean, our waitress was very gracious. Shechecked on us several times.The food was warm and tasty.We sort of loitering, whilelistening and singing to themusic. It wasn't busy, so itwas a pleasant time.
I ordered a rib eye steak for $26 and they gave me a different cut of steak. I'm very disappointed!
I have been here once. It was in July of 2021. Nevertheless, I have a positive experience, while visiting this establishment. The staff, working in this establishment, were friendly and helpful. Furthermore, there was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy the meal. At the same time, the place looked neat. The meal, that I have ordered, was delicious. I forgot, to add, that it was not on the expensive side. I would recommend, anyone, to order their banana splits. It was a delicious dessert. Overall, I had positive experience, during this short restaurant visit. Therefore, next time, when I have more disposable cash, and while visiting my relatives in High Desert. I will visit this place again.
I was sad to see that they prices are up. But the quality of food they serve has gone down. I used too like this place. My baked potato was dry. And I'm surprised at the portion sizes of the fish have shrunk. They compensate it by serving you an insane large amount of french fries. I'm there for a fish dinner not french fries. So I'm disappointed. ??
There Food was good. Only thing the first time i went ...the ribs were lil burnt but still good. The second time it was Delicious...i told the cashier about my first experience so she made sure it was better the 2nd go round. The huge baked potato with Real Bacon...OMGoodness! It was Everything & the Carrot Cake. Mmmmmh! I made mistake and erased my pics of everything...trust me this pic may not look appetizing but please believe me it was great

So let's be honest, a 'diner' was never meant to be a Dennys, and Riche's--ironically right next door to a Denny's--truly fits the diner bill. It's a true greasy spoon with solid diner fare and a bit on the need of a deep cleaning side. The service was as friendly as a Waffle House--curt. The coffee was hot and your cup was never more than half empty. Would I recommend this place, maybe, if you like an honest greasy spoon, otherwise, I'd likely go with the Denny's next door.
