This place always runs out of products. They sell you these small pieces of chicken that are gone in two bites. As a OTR truck driver who has eaten popryes all over the nation this one has to be the worst and its in my home town. I asked for red beans and rice they gave me rice with a side of a few red beans in the mix. The drum sticks are only a few fingers big and the chickrn breast is smaller than the palm of my hand
Well there still stuck in 2020. There's a poorly hand-written note with the board is not updated and we have sandwiches.First we stared through the giant plastic wall for ten minutes like we were at the zoo looking for the elusive nocturnal creature behind the glass and almost place our order through the app because it was taking so long.There was no one eating in the building and no one in the drive through.Now the order came out in 15 seconds because the chicken and fish sandwiches were already made and sitting in the heat warmer. Mmmmmm soggy and sad.The order came our wrong twice.Asked for spicy chicken and was handed packet of Louisiana hot sauce and was told here's your spicy sauce.The wife asked for tenders and got the shrimp combo. Great an upgrade!! but she's allergic to shellfish. I would have eaten them but they didn't have cocktail sauce.Extremely disappointed.This one's a never go back kind of place.
Had gone here a little bit before closing the other night and ordered a family pack…all they gave me was some dried chicken wings (was supposed to come with wings, thighs and legs) that didn’t have any chicken on it. When I called the next morning to ask for a replacement and told them I had pictures of the chicken. Some lady there was super rude to me on the phone so I went in and they only wanted to replace the chicken that was not eaten instead of the whole thing that cost almost $30! Then when the lady went to hand me the chicken she pushed it into my hand and said have a nice day in a rude way. Never again will I go here I would rather drive across town to get it from the other store.
Had to pay extra for more than 2 sauces with 10 piece chicken and 3 piece chicken combo... spent $40 and get 2 packets of sauce.Also ordered my food online, go in and still wait 15 minutes to be out together.Food was really good though.
Unfortunately, my ordered chicken was incredibly dry and tasted horrible. The staff was polite and working hard as it appeared that they were short staffed. But still, I spent too much to get all the way home with unsatisfied tasting food. I may never return.
Trash Trash. I order 2 chicken sandwich both buns were stale and a 4 piece chicken meal. Chicken was very dried and nasty and the fries was tuff and cold but the large cup of Hawaii punch was cold and good.
I give 3 for effort but today's Popeyes sucked! It was snowing, no biscuits, no fries, no Mac and cheese, legs and thighs only and scarce on the condiments. I ordered a 12 piece leg and thigh for 19.99 and a red beans and rice for 4.99 got home to discover the biggest chicken leg ever. I think they ran out of chicken too but somebody went to the grocery store and bought the bag chicken ???... it didn't even fit in the box properly and when I asked for hot sauce she told me it was in the bag. Get home and find 3 packets of hot sauce for 12 ginormous pieces of chicken.... I'm assuming their order got stuck down the hill because of the weather....
The store was out of too many sides. I went for a family meal and ended up with a four piece chicken only, spicy. When I got my order, it appeared burnt so I requested mild which ended up being much too salty. I only ate one piece
I was here over a month ago and the speaker was broken and it’s still broken a month later. I’d leave if I wasn’t blocked into the drive thru by cars behind me. I’m done bothering with this drive thru. Also, I once got my order and there were mashed potatoes all over the bag and I didn’t even order mashed potatoes. It made a mess of my car.
No Repair and Maintenance Staff to repair broken headsets. Wait time was 15mins you order at the window. Out of fries, Mac and Cheese, No chicken tenders too and lastly no Biscuits. No borrowing from other stores...This used to be a very good place to go to. Was closed on inside. I do respect that the chicken was hot and fresh. Pro's and Cons... This review can change.
