Order was delivered incomplete. I called the number to speak to a representative. Was hung up on during phone transfer. I called back 3 more times and explained I was dropped on the call. All 3 times (for a total of 4) I was hung up on.Basically I paid for food I never received. The staff was rude. And if I wanted something done about it I would have to waste my time driving to the store and back.This is not an isolated incident as the same thing happened when we were at a friend's house 40 miles away. The phone number to the stores both when called say disconnected.I might also mention that you pay for the food and tip the staff during the order process. (Tipping is earned) I paid the tip gladly but then received horrible service.Pizza Hut did not earn my business. I will not be ordering from them again.
It was a large order so I said I was going to check everything was there. Then this lady right off her break began rifling through all the food as if we weren't in an epidemic. And of course I get sick. It was just seeing her hands all over the food I'm about to eat.
The pizzas weren't made in the best possible way. They tasted fine but the toppings weren't consistent. It's unfortunate that this Pizza Hut is in an inconvenient location. They need to make a more accessible Pizza Hut near the 395.
There were SO FEW pieces of ANY of the 3 toppings I chose for this pizza. The flavor of the pizza was fine, but so disappointing regarding the lack of ingredients.
Once again, no attention to instructions!!! We asked for extra sauce and the pizza was practically dry. ??. We hate our pizza this way, we ended up giving it to the dog! Not the first or second this location gets our order wrong! ?????
It would be nice if pizza was warm.mine appeared to have been dropped because the topping was tossed everywhere in the box . basically I received a cold pizza salad
make sure all toppings are on the pizzas. the supreme was missing pepperoni and ham meat lovers missing ham

Fast from start to finish. Delivery driver was great. The food was exactly as I ordered and tasted good.
Pizza hut needs to step up their game, apparently "no one out pizzas the hut" but they've been out pizza'd and by none other then Little Caesars too! Pretty sad if you ask me....Every time we go to this location they take forever to come to the window, and the pizza is always dry and not very appealing. The wings never have sauce either.
