It's great that your manager hired the disabled... props ?The pizza is supposed to be BAKED... NOT THE EMPLOYEES!!!Ouch...That supposed to be a PAN pizza after the UP CHARGE!!
THIEF. Delivery driver brought the wrong pizza and said he would return to the store to have it remade. The manager called us and accused us of saying we never ordered a pizza, which was untrue. She then said it would be sent out to us. After 45 more minutes of waiting, we called and said we would no longer want the pizza. She told us we could not get our money back because they already processed the payment in error. We could get a credit, which we obviously don't want, because who wants to do business with people who accuse you of lying. So no pizza, no refund, no apology. Worst customer service, Laura, thanks for stealing our money :)
I called to order for delivery asked for a big dinner box because online it showed for $25.99 when I got the final total it came out to almost $36.00 so my question was why is it so much online is just $25.99 the guy on the phone rudely replies do you want a complete break down of how it’s made?? Shocked at his answer I said no I’ll take it he then just hangs up doesn’t ask for payment method or anything…. So I call back ask for the manager tell what just transpired and all she has to say is okay let me get your payment…. Doesn’t offer anything as if it is okay to talk to customers that way… so I tell her I want to cancel my order her reply is but it’s already being cooked! Wow that’s your concern??
I enjoy their Pizza pies, but why did they do away with the sandwiches. I love the hot bread and the melted cheese
Pizza Hut is of an icon of my youth. But I haven't had a slice of their pizza in over 30 years. Call it nostalgia or simply hunger pains for something new, but I got a craving a week ago, and and couldn't resist that Pizza Hut logo. When I called to place my order, I got right through, which surprised me because it was about 6 pm on a Saturday night. I asked the guy on the phone the cost of my med pie and nearly popped a gasket. The cost had gone up in 30 years...way up! But he was nice enough to tell me they had some great deals online, so that's where I headed. I was able to navigate the online ordering well enough to place my order. I even found a deal on a med pie that was reasonable. Online indicated that I could track my Pizza if I downloaded their app to my phone; they'd text me when it was ready, and I could notify them through the app that I was in the parking lot and they'd bring my dinner to my car. I did all of the above and even parked in the designated area for "no contact" service... and then I waited. I was playing with my phone when realized 15 minutes had gone by since they notified me my Pizza was ready and I told them I was already in the parking lot. So I called them up. A different guy told me that they were very busy, but someone would be right out. 5 minutes later a pleasant young girl brought me my order and I drove home. Although my Pizza was cold by then, and looked a bit dry, it really did taste a lot like what I remember. Had the process gone a bit faster, I know I would have given them more stars. I like ?.
I loved this place in the past up until a horrible experience today..I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told arrival would be 25 minutes..after 40 minutes I called to see if my delivery was near..the lady initially told me she did not see my name for delivery..after a timely wait she returned to say that the delivery guy could not find my address ..ok no one called me to verify??? Then there was, we can make you a fresh pizza and deliver..so I'm confused you don't deliver, don't call to say they are lost, and then no one calls when delivery man returns with pizza? This was never a delivery and instead of accommodating me, they lost a customer..refused to give me anything free or a discount for the lies,rather lose a customer of 8 years..
Pizza Hut was always my choice because I hate Domino's. But I will learn to like Domino's from now on. So disappointed in my recent order from PH..Two pepperoni on each slice. WTH PH! What a waste of money. Wish I could get my money back.
We've been a long time customer but after yesterday's order not anymore. Spent over $60 on pizza and bread sticks. The pizza and bread sticks were stale and hard not fresh at all. Seems like it was frozen and reheated in the microwave. Both items were not even cut correctly, probably because it was too stale for the workers to cut LOL. Should of took pictures. My son had to call off work because he was sick to his stomach that he threw everything up. Very disappointed. Also disappointed at the fact their pizzas are higher than the commercial ads. Sad, so sad and disappointed. Get your stuff right pizza hut seems like your having many complaints about stale pizza.
Pizzas were light on ingrediants and stuff crust pizza was thin and undercooked tasted stale not as fresh as it used to be..as if its been left out then re heated..only good thing was the breadsticks and sauce.
Bbq chicken pizza was very dry. Very little bbq sauce on it. Ordered bacon on it and no bacon was on it and only a few pieces of chicken. I usually love your bbq chicken pizza but this time i was very disappointed. ☹
