LOVELY!! 10/10? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Okaaay so we ran in here bcus where we planned to eat was closed & I had to pee SO BAD lol... BUT It was SO CLEAN, from stepping in the front door, to the rear of the building, in the cleanest public bathroom I've ever been in I think! ? The pizzas smelled so good in there and I was IMMEDIATELY ready to eat after using the restroom lol. 10 minutes before closing we showed up so I expected tired employees not in the mood for my shit??... NOT THE CASE! From greetings from Adrian and his amazingly patient & thorough preparing of our food, as well as the Lead on duty Michelle who popped up to prep our 2nd order, SO HAPPY, I really appreciated her energy IMMEDIATELY... & Finishing out our checking out was the VERY understanding and helpful Brandon... I am so big on SERVICE... This was GREAT! ?... Sooo also the pizzas were AMAZING!! Wow! & Vegan options?! ???????
I love pieology but this was my worst experience in one. The staff were rude from the start and weren't friendly at all, made us feel very unwelcome. We were late leaving and we had clearly finished our food and were about to leave when the lady rudely told us they're closed. (we didn't know closing time) I was refused access to the bathroom for no reason too. We visited at 10:15pm on Monday 23rd May.
I love pieology the pizza is delicious. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful great customer service is always a good thing going places. Adrian was great as well making sure my order was taking care of great hires!
The service here sucks. It is so slow. The workers don’t know how to work efficiently. 8 people ahead of us in line. 30 minutes to get to the front to order. Just drive somewhere else.
I like pieology a lot. It's hard to rate a chain restaurant as 5 star. The staff is friendly and the restaurant was clean. Since you make your own pizza,mine was delicious ? ?
Poor customer service. Refused to fix their mistake and refused to correct delivery issue.
Please let Adrian know that there are other jobs out there. Not only did he rush me through the veggies part. But adrian had an attitude with me about how much sausage I wanted on my pizza. Adrian find another job if you don't like this one.Ill change my review if something is done about his attitude towards the customer.
The staff must really dislike their job at this location!! My 3rd attempt in giving this place a try. How hard can it be to make a plant based pizza? It took 10 minutes to get assisted. There was only one member helping myself and others. Guess the others were in the back off task. Not to mention the young lady had no help which caused pizzas to burn that had to be redone. My order is finally taken which means patiently wait. I’ve waited and watched the young lady pull my pizza out just to see it perfectly burnt. SMH. The young lady looks at me in deep concern. Finally coworkers come out to assist. This has caused me to wait even more. I finally get my pizza to hear the sad excuse “Sorry for your wait, thanks for being patient.” I’m so OVER this location. Will not be back!!! Guys please do NOT waste your time here! PLEASE!!
Love the cleanliness, service, freshness and variety of food. I ordered 3 pizzas. One my 6 and 7 year old shared and the employee was very patient and wonderful with them.
Amazing staff, food is fresh and just how you like it. As much ir as little toppings. Have never had a bad experience
