My Family and I had an early dinner there and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Started off with unlimited chips and salsa, drinks were ordered right away, and the server was very friendly and attentive. After the food was ordered, it took about 10 minutes for everything to come to the table, which is pretty fast in my opinion. I had the mocajete for two and it was so full of meats, greens, and the special sauce tasted amazing. An overall great family experience.
First time here along with 12 of my co- workers nice place, good tasting food. Too many plates to name but the aroma from all that food was delightful. Will be coming back again for sure. P.s. only reason I rated a 4-star is because the waitress forgot a few items my co workers requested on there meals. Besides that Mother and daughter team got it going on.??
Heading to LA from Vegas, we decided to stop to eat. The food is fresh and very good. Tasty chips and flavorful salsa while you wait. Nice selection of beer to choose from. We ordered the guacamole as well as the chicken soft tacos with pico, lettuce and cheese and were not disappointed. It was perfect for a hot day. The service was friendly and fast. The inside is clean and pleasant.
Enjoyed an excellent meal, served by Paulina...Soup of the day Salmon chowder, followed by a shrimp chipotle enchiladas entree ( two rolled corn tortillas filled with sauteed shrimp, mushrooms, onions topped in a chipotle cream sauce and melted jack cheese. Served with sour cream and guacamole.Traditional flan ( family home recipe ) to go, and be enjoyed later...?
Excellent Mexican food. We stopped by after an event and this place had excellent fresh and tasty food. The salsa and chips were very tasty. Jose our server did an excellent job. It was a bit busy, but he always took a second to acknowledge us and let us know that our food was coming up. I recommend Paulina’s Mexican Grill.
Really great authentic Mexican food. They are delicious. Always polite and gets the orders correct. Love this place!
Craving curly fries, but also want an enchilada? Well this is the place! I got the green enchiladas with rice and curly fries. Random combo, but amazing nonetheless. Service was great. Soda was great. Food was awesome with what deemed to be housemade sauces, salsa etc.
Paulina's used to be a local favorite when I wanted authentic, solid Mexican food. Not elevated but well made. My last two experiences have been extremely disappointing. The first one I came on a Saturday night 30 minutes before closing with my father who is wheel chair bound. Upon entering the door, we were told they were closed. Um, 30 minutes from close is quite a long time to wrap up the dining area. I know there is clean up--I worked as a line cook in my early twenties--but management shouldn't allow that to happen 30 minutes before posted close.However, I'll attribute that time to a short teamed staff maybe. Fine. This last time a large group of us came in on a Friday night. They were busy, yes. It took almost thirty minutes to take our order. Then, it took over an hour to get the food. We were one of the last groups in the restaurant and still eating because it took so long to get the food.Yes, all I have mentioned are service issues, which is prevalent everywhere right now. I get it. However, the food was also much blander and didn't seem to be as fresh. It seemed more tamed down and "Americanized." It's too bad. Hopefully, it was just two bad nights.
My first time eating here. I ordered Shrimp Chipotle Enchiladas. They were delicious and had enough shrimp in them. It came with rice that I really liked and refried beans. My friend ordered Green Enchiladas that she also loved. The waitress was nice and friendly. I plan to go back again in the future and try something different.
