The people who work there are very nice. The cashier was very nice to us. Their restroom are clean and lock.
We ordered delivery tonight our food was supposed to arrive around 630 at 7pm no delivery we called and Panera manger said she would call door dash to find the status. Door dash at 730 for some reason cancelled our order, I asked Panera manager if they could make a fresh order for me to pick up, they went above and beyond to help get our order. Thank you for the help

Whoever was in the kitchen was having a bad day. Half a bowl of soup with burned bread. This place is usually not too bad but today was the worst experience I’ve had.
I ordered a bagel pack & one of the most delicious cookies ever the kitchen sink cookie!! Unfortunately when I got my order they forgot the best thing the cookie :( I called hours later spoke to the manager Alicia (spelled it wrong )she was so friendly & apologetic. She told me she unfortunately had no drivers at the time but if I wanted to come in she make sure to get my order. A few days later I finally got to the store. Not only did she make sure she got me the cookies I was missing but also gave me a muffin for the inconvenience. She also remembered speaking to me & made me feel like I wasn’t just another nameless face but a person. Panera really takes care of their customers & even more delicious food!!! Thank you for making an experience that could’ve been so negative into a great positive.
I placed a online order for a crumb cake, I got the confirmation and the text saying that the order was ready for pickup. I drove over 20 minutes to the store and they said they ran out of cakes… it wouldn’t have been a big deal but they emailed and texted me that it was ready, so I drove about 15 miles to the store
Food is great, but the last two times I’ve comeHere I’ve been overcharged and ended up with bags of chips i never ordered. Total is always different at the window. Over coming here to get ripped off.
The cinnamon roll was hard n burn from the top looks like they don't follow recipes or new employees I go there every tuesday n today was different completely sandwich and salad was good
I brought my dad here after dialysis to treat him to something healthy. When I asked the lady in the Drive-Thru with the sodium count was for a chicken salad sandwich she told me it was over 1200 mg! I don't know what kind of healthy restaurant they think they are but it is all lies if a single sandwich has over 1,200 mg of sodium in it! I am so sick and tired of America and their fake health foods being marketed as healthy when really these people are funded by the Cancer Society who actually need and want us all to stay sick with cancer, blood pressure issues, diabetes and so on so that they can keep making money off of us being sick and dying! I will not be back to Panera bread and they should be ashamed of themselves. They are no different than a McDonald's, Del Taco or any other unhealthy fast food restaurant you may find in poor neighborhoods.
ordered 6 bages Togo with one toasted with butter and 1 orange scone, took 29 mins and she put one bagel on a plat instead if togo as we ordered. !! horrible!!
