The Drive-Thru service needs improvement. Not as patient as the people inside, definitely needs work with speaking & offering proper customer service in the drive thru. Inside however, is much better. If you are going to get food here, go inside.
Food is ok, customer service is rude they get mad that you don’t wanna donate money to a company.. I most likely won’t visit this location again. Morning girls are just rude I’ll take my business else where.
Always food not ready the ask you over and over to make donations fake combo meal sign with drink like it’s a discount but there just additional drinks price good trick food not always fresh the burn food a lot here just a heads up but the people that live around here already know this plus they make you wait in front there gardener blew dirt in my truck in drive through once no apologies every from this place
Good food just u get harrased over ur change if they ask u if u would like to donate .and u say no thank you.... it should be left at that not a second to ask u again once you have said no ... then to hear there voices change....meaning attitude
Consistent food taste and quality. The rice can be undercooked sometimes. Overall great for this joint.

Most girls here are extremely rude. They rushed me in the drive-thru even though I was the only car and asked to be given a sec to look at the menu. After i drove up to the window l, one of the girls practically threw the bag of food at me. No "thanks for coming" or "have a good day." It was literally "what can I get for you?" "Can I start you with a plate or a bowl!?" "Would you like to donate?" And that was it, i got food handed to me super rudely and then handed my card over to pay and they handed the card back and closed the window on me.The portions looked small as well. Food tasted fine though so good job to the cooks at least.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I have been going to this Panda Express for 2 years and over the last 2 months this place has really declined.Second time I got cold food, my terriyaki chicken has no sauce and there was none in the bag. It’s ridiculous. I always give second chances, but not thirds. You will not be seeing me again.
Clean, fast, and well made food, ive been purchasing here for 3yrs the only Panda express ill go to in the high desert area
