My bowl had smaller piecesof chicken.....appeared to be likescraps. This was the first timeit has happened. Generally though,food is a bit too sweet. Also, I don'tcare to be asked if my change canbe donated. I give to other needs.
The drive thru worker was very rude and was rushing us to order while we were still making an order but overall the food was great but the service could have been alot better than I received..
Some of the food wasn't good it had to much stove. I asked for a large drink they gave me medium, I asked for chicken roll they gave me veggie rolls! I ask for them to change it they wanted the receipt to muchthings, so I just threw the rolls away!
I go here often, but today we ordered via delivery and it was just terrible. The orange chicken smelled extremely strong like vinegar or rubbing alcohol. Then the place didn't even pick up the phone. Ruined my appetite
Was really hungry went to the drive thur thinking yumm food i get home No egg rolls, burnt left over orange chicken with peppers in it, steak was left over over cooked. Not fresh my 3rd item no sauce for my teriyaki chicken in bag. so half a burnt dinner a bigger plate $13 dollars. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME GO SOME WHERE ELSE WHERE THEY CARE WHAT THE GIVE YOU. I gave 2 ** cause after my 10-minute ride back home open up the bags to find out we were missing some of our order I called them back they say come back and we'll take care of it so I drove another 10 minutes back when inside a speak to the manager the manager then said what was it that you ordered so that I could look it up on the computer I then told her the order & gave her my receipt I explained to her what I was missing a large box of orange chicken a large box of teriyaki chicken & that I have everything else waited 5 minutes he came to the counter gave me my order apologized that was on my way
The orange chicken was ok but the beef and broccoli had a funny taste, not good. Overall lame.
The employee is the rudest I ever seen, In drive thru I missed one plate on my order, and when I told them, they made me go around the line again in a really bad attitude with no chance to I can say any word, she shout out the window and never opened until I moved.I understand that they need to move the cars fast, but they could make me park and wait, but they attitude to serve is the worst.I don't recommend Panda Express of Civic Drive in Victorville.
Food made fresh, customer service was great.
By the time u order and get to the window to pay your food is ready!! The wontons have been re heated lately which makes them gross but the food is good
