I just waited almost 15 minutes in curbside pickup for an order consisting of only two soft drinks and a soft serve. The Drinks were both already watered down because the ice was mostly melted and the cups were not even full -.- The only thing saving this store from getting one star is the fact that the associate who brought my order out was very polite and did apologize for the wait.
This McDonald's is absolutely the most filthiest and worst McDonald's I've ever been in. I was ignored for about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I did wait because I was really hungry and I was traveling through that town. Luckily, there was a young lady whom I forget the name is but she came from around the corner obviously cooking and greeted me with a smile. She was the only pleasant person in this place. That work thereThe parking lot was horrible. I must say it would be quite dangerous to get to the parking lot the correct way. They allow you to order from inside, but they won't allow you to use the bathroom there. I thought this was against HIPAA. Morning to get anybody traveling through this town that wants to eat at McDonald's. Buyer beware they are all very rude except one person.In fact they want the customers to come, but they don't let you use their bathroom
Drive through was busy so we went inside. The dining room was closed. Took almost half an hour to get food.My wife needed to use the restroom but was told they didn't have to have one because the dining room wasn't open. This is not cool because they are on a main highway and many travelers stop for food and a bathroom break.
I personally try to refrain from coming here because of how bad the customer service is here. They either mess up your order, forget something from your order, or the food is cold. I ordered food from DoorDash and my DoorDasher the nice person that she is was waiting for a long time to get my food and noticed that there was an order there already that had not been sealed and didn’t know it was my order until they finally gave it to her. She asked them to give her fresh food as my food most likely had been cold and they refused to give her fresh food. I will not be ordering from here again??.
Worst mcdonalds ive been to in a long time. Was not allowed to wash my hands before eating. The manager was short and rude. How are the mcdonalds in the bigger cities able to handle the issues that this place has with only a quarter the foot traffic cannot?
The kiosks are closed to promote social distancing. Yet everyone gathers against the wall in a corner to pick up. Dining room is taped off with caution crime scene tape. It took 20 mins to even get the order once it was placed. Very bad management.
Was told if we did a survey we could get a free cookie or pie but when I went to the pick up window I told the person my receipt wasn't legible to even do the survey their response was oh well I don't know what to tell you so why bother telling me to do a survey if I'm unable to because my receipt writing was so light it couldn't be read when I told him the ink needed changed he still responded that he couldn't help me with my problem so no need for me to return here since employees rush you away instead of giving you time to use your rewards app to earn rewards so now I've deleted your app from my phone since I've not once been able to earn points
They are extremely slow and they didn't get my order right so I has to wait 15m in drive-thru and then had to go inside order more food and wait 15m inside as well smh just ridiculous and then the guy through my bag on the counter with a attitude didn't apologize for the wait or anything smh just rude and unprofessional
If i could give 0 stars i 100% would. Every Single time we come to this mcdonalds , the customer service is very poor (theres a young man normally around afternoon-night in drive thru who seems to purposely speak extremely low doesn’t greet doesnt say anything after you’ve ordered just has you still waiting like an idiot ) theres been several times we’ve waited 40 minutes in drive thru plus 15 more minutes at the window watching the employees stand around , fooling around and even seen one individual throwing something. Just seems poorly managed & unprofessional overall.
The worst McDonald's ever. Sat in curbside pickup for 30 minutes and no one came out, so I went inside and they said they didn't have time to bring it out. Why even offer curbside pickup if you can't walk outside for 30 seconds?
