I really like going to this mc Donald's because the employees are always very helpful the only problem that this McDonald's have is it's not wheelchair friendly it's entirely way to hard to get in and hard to get out it will be so helpful if they were to put some auto automated wheelchair buttons on the wall so you can press them and the doors will open so I could get in are out without needing help from other customers to hold the door open for me
Hopefully the owner the these Franchises sees these reviews. The management at your Palmdale rd/395 location are rude. SOS (speed.of.Service) is slow. I was forced to go through the driv-thru because I didn't have a mask, I coverd my face with my sweater and the short chubby manager still would not take my order because it had to be "a real mask" per your orders (owner) sorry not everyone can have the N90 mask. Honestly if I wasn't getting a breakfast sandwich for my son before school; I wouldn't of spend my money there. The manager at drive window was also rude and dismissive she seemed bothered that I asked to speak to her walked away from me while I was still talking.
Rarely get orders correct. If it is correct, bread is either hard (English muffins), or toppings are all over the place. 2 stars cause it doesn't always happen this way.
it was a good meal! The dishes are on the higher side for a Thai place, but I guess it makes sense because the restaurant is in soma.
I've been in drive through for 30 mins. Why does it always take so long?? Also for some reason the quality of food or the accuracy at this location isn't the best. Hasnt been in years. Let's get it together please
This place was busy in the drive-thru not inside. The cashier unfortunately didn't have a clue to the specials that they are running at the moment. The lady before me was ordering and the guy wasn't really customer service material. He wasn't really knowledgeable nor try and help the lady. I had answered her question that she asked to him since she was older and needed a little kindness. My food that I ordered was prepared properly. The sandwich was thrown together and the fries tasted as the oil needed to be changed and they were cold. I've worked for mc donalds at 1 point in my life and we always honored the customer with grace and appreciation that they even decided to spend their money with us. As a restaurant team and management you should always have the employees updated on the specials and teach them how to have kindness with a customer that is in need. Not sure of I would go back to this place or not. Sad to say but the truth.
The employees are very nice and the food is great.
If I could give a negative review I would. The female dark-haired manager that was working on Friday the day after Thanksgiving November 26th at night at 7pm... Is very rude and ignores customers waiting at the front. This is not the first time this has happened here. The other female dark haired manager(different person) does the same thing. The only way to not get ignored is to go thru the drive thru. Do better...you are in the service industry!!
Recently started to frequent this McDonald's and was not disappointed. We have not gone through the drive thru, only picked up to go and dined in. The dining area is big enough, and the staff was very attentive. The area was clean. Waiting for a pickup order was good. They noticed customers and delivery drivers and made sure everyone was taken care of. Bathrooms are clean and stocked.
