Horrible experience....fries coldish nuggets were re-fried to warm up or cooked way to long. Asked for sauce at the order window and they acknowledge d but we didn't get ANY sauce, then we pull up and the workers are just talking away hanging out...while our shakes melt I took longer for them to give me my bag(yes it was just sitting there cause I saw it) than for my order to be taken...this McDonald's is always a disappointment, shame after 4 years I had a craving, now I remember why i don't go here. Their fries are always hot they change their oil on regular basis ND. their coffee is awesome sorry star bucks their burgers are always tasty( let's eat)
Went through the drive thru only got three drinks and two burgers. They forgot to give us one of the burgers. We just left because the nightmare of navigating back around after using the right turn only exit was not worth it..
I feel sorry for sorry for the workers. They were doing their best, but, they were overwhelmed. Manager is a good manager. I give it a lower ranking, because, it took 10 minutes to get a simple small order
Something about this specific location is off, the food quality (for fast food service standards) wasn't there, and everyone with me said that stomach didn't fair well. Most people dining are traveling and passing through so an upset stomach definitely puts a damper on your trip.Maybe it's a one off visit but I wont be eating at any McDonald's establishment for a while.
I went through the drive thru and placed an order for myself. i paid with my card and pulled to the 2nd window and waited for about 5 minutes after only getting my 2 drinks, then they told me to pull past that window(did not specify to stay at window 3 or pull to the front of store). I waited in front of the restaurant for about 25 minutes and went back through the drive thru once again to let them know i have been waiting. They told me pull straight to 3rd window and I did so, I gave the lady my receipt and she said my apologies i will have the manager get your food fresh please pull to the front(where i had previously waited). The manager comes out and tells me she personally bagged my food and watched my employee give it to you at window 3(while i was waiting in front of the store for 25 minutes) So i dont know who took my food, or if they gave my food to another car,or what happened but she kept my reciept(has my name on it from using my card)and did not give me ANY food at all and she closed the door and walked back in. I went home with 2 drinks for 15 dollars no food what so ever. Very rude and made me feel uncomfortable
Food was ready at decent speed, employees are polite but food was a bit mediocre. You have serious competition next door. Make sure you are on top of your game.
Drive thru was quick. Burgers had a little too much sauce (mustard, ketchup,etc....) fries were old & barely warm. No problem with using reward codes. Transaction went smooth & was easy. Open 24 hrs
Food was horrible. Paid extra for tomatoes to get the ends. Husband ordered a chicken sandwich that was raw. Actual manager was on site said it was done. We know how stuff is to be cooked. He's a manager of a real restaurant
My stop over every work day! Driving from San Bernardino to Hesperia, I am so relieved to get coffee and reprieve from traffic. Always busy, but courtesy and kindness prevail.
