I get it, the store can get really busy, but it's just not worth it. Spent over 1 hour at the location just to make sure your food is done correctly. Once you finally get all your food; half of the food is cold. WHO LIKES COLD FRIES AND BURGERS?! If your coming here just use the drive-through because if you order inside to go your going to be there awhile....
Drive through be closed before 11pm. Always forgets items. Employees will ignore you. Day crew is good.Night crew at this McDonald's suck. Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service I ordered a breakfast bundle and did not receive any condiments or utensils for my meal keep in mind I’m on lunch break for 30 minutes I call and Sarah the manager did not want to make it right by replacing my meal I will involve corporate and will give them a call

I'm on a Doordash order to pick up Happy Meals for a customer and have been here over half an hour. This place is beyond disorganized they don't have anything coming out correctly and a lobby full of people most waiting over 15 minutes. Don't come here
I am not of fan of McD's. But I got to say. The fries still got me hooked. It was one of those days . Staff o.k & Service Mc ds what you expect ?

We prefer this McDonald's then the operating one off of Palmdale and 395.This one is always wearing a Happy Face and the French fries are always crisp and hot.
Open? Not! Everytime I go to the drive-thru early in the morning, I get a recording saying; "We're closed due to staffing shortages" or "We're closed due to maintenance". Jeez, just be honest and list your hours on the website as; "Open Whenever". Going to Jack-in-the-Box from now on. Definitely open 24 hours and have a bigger, better menu. More polite staff, too.
