Employee claims owner is only interested in profit. No refills on drinks, amount of fries given are smallest of any McDonald's visits across the nation.I paid over $5 more for same items at another McDonald's within 20 miles.And they were cleaning the floors with chemicals while I was eating, which I believe is against health code.Unfortunately their play area was closed, and their music style was not children friendly....so our visit was cut way short.
I bought 2 sausage and egg biscuits. Over $10. I could have had 2 sausage and egg English muffins for $5 +tax. I can't chew English muffins, and I prefer biscuits! I do cook a lot. Biscuits cost less to make than having English muffins! My friend gave me an excellent biscuit recipe, so I will make my own. I like cheese on them, but I think they charge $1 a slice, so I can almost buy a package of cheese for that! ?

I'm a dasher came in at 9 really needed to use the bathroom and I was going to order something. They told me they were closed even tho online and on door says 12am. Also everytime I come to pick up an order they take up 10 minutes to even acknowledge me as my customers food is there.
Had a hair in my egg mc muffin today.it was curvy curly /brown/red/blackish hair g thanks. ?lost my appetite
Order delayed.. Not very impressed
So many issues with this McDonald’s. My order is always missing items and the drive thru service is horrible. They always tell you to park and wait for your order just for other cars to be parked there. I started doing curbside and waited too long so I have gone in to see what is the delay, for my order to have been just sitting there because they forgot about it. Their management needs to get it together, it’s getting ridiculous.
Normally this place is good but the lady at the drive thru taking orders seems like they do not want to be there. I went thru 2 times and both time around 10:30am today and it seemed like it was a inconvenience. There wasn't even a line. And when I asked simple questions she tried to turn my words around like I wasn't asking a question and put it in as a order. Then when her no that's not what I said and told her again she ignored me and repeated what I ordered and my total I had to repeat myself a third time and it just seemed like the biggest inconvenience ever. I know it's McDonald's but come on so many people are looking for jobs that could do 100 times better
Fast service; although the fries werenot hot and cooked more than once.Prices are high and portion sizehas shrunk..
You would have a better experience at this McDonald's if they didn't have so many homeless people hanging around the facility.
