Pretty great Mexican fast food. Great burritos and tacos for sure. I haven't tried much else, but the tacos and burritos are pretty awesome. The carnitas burritos come with guacamole and Pico, and are really good. I try to swing by this place whenever I'm in the area for some burritos to go. They have a drive thru which moves pretty quickly and is quite convenient. I would certainly recommend this place.
Went there for Saturday morning breakfast we've been going here for years at least 12 years.. used to eat here once a week we scaled it down to maybe once a month now because the quality of the food and the service is so bad we won't ever be going back..we give up.. we ordered breakfast burrito and 2 California burritos..the California burritos were potato burritos no meat Just whole lot of potatoes and I order sausage breakfast burrito which my husband wasn't able to eat either..all of the food just wasn't what it used to be..FOOD AND SERVICE IS HORRIFIC AT THIS RESTAURANT ? I'm not sure if management knows or even cares but this place has gone down the tubes..and it's a shame because we loved this place so much after moving here 12 years ago..Anybody know of good place to eat in place of this place?
The chicken hard shell tacos are absolutely delicious!! Will definitely go back again. Suggest anyone to try it.
Fake Mexican food, everything tastes nasty with the exception of the Carne asada nachos, and their asada fries, other than that the enchiladas, the Chile's rellenos" and other dishes that suppose to be made with red Chile sauce are basically old and summerg in what taste like the same sauce of a can(not authentic made) the hard shell tacos are just plain nasty. They need to make things fresh because it seems that they pull stuff out their freezer and just re warm it, and they need to make their own sauce for different plates.
If I could give zero stars i would. Drove all the way across town In-order to get a shrimp burrito plain no sauces or Pico da Gao, because I am salt sensitive. Was told by the girl working in the drive-thru window , that they could make it that way no salt ingredients. so i ordered and paid for it plus extra shrimp. Good thing i checked to see before eating. Dont know what the white sauce was but it sure wasn't sour cream, it was a more watered down sauce . Los Alazanes Mexican food sucks major. never again will I order from them they failed to get my order correct after they took the order
In the drive-thru, we ordered a fish burrito and carne asada fries. On the carne asada fries, I specifically asked for no beans. The employee stated that the fries do not have beans. I received my order but they forgot the fish burrito. We had to remind the employee about the missing item. We got the burrito, left the area, and parked at the Pilot down the freeway. I ended up with the wrong order. They gave me carne asada nachos with beans. It would've been fine, but I literally don't like beans and the meal became a waste.
First time here. I ordered the Chile relleno. It was good. Bad thing though is they added too much rice. Had to take out the rice. Could've made a Rice burrito with it.
Was charged 15% TIP while going through the drive thru. I was not asked or notified & No where on my receipt is the charge included. I only found out after receiving a notification from my bank. BE CAREFUL when using your debit cards to pay.
Over priced. They seem to raise the price every other day. Ok good for late night. Open 24 hrs. Taste isn't always consistent. Some staff is nice, others don't look like they like working there.
I love Los alazanes, the food is delicious and hot every time I come there. The staff is always very friendly. It's very close to my home. We visit our location often.
