Went in today, Wednesday May 11, 2022 around 4:45pm. No one was in line but it took us 10 minutes for anyone to even notice we were there, said hello and still no response. One girl looked me dead in my eyes and didn't say anything. The two men at the back looked dead at me and turned their backs. I hope the manager can read this and fire the whole crew since they don't like to work and entertain people who like to buy. I hope the management are aware of what their employees are doing. Check out the cctv buddy. Doesn't deserve even one star, giving them 0 to -1 star. Very poor customer service. I don't think they trained them how to do customer service.
The staff was nice and helpful. The doughnuts could have been better. I don't think they were very fresh, probably made much earlier during the day. However, we will stop by again.

Very polite employees. Frozen Carmel latte is EVERYTHING! Kids enjoyed strawberry chillers. I expected a mouth full of expresso in my drink but the iced latte was very balanced. Will be back for more.
They gave us donuts with basically no raspberry filling! They had a tiny bit of the filling in the corner! Didn’t even give us all the donuts we had asked for. They were cold and tasted as if they had been sitting outside for a day or 2. It was the first time we went and it will be the last!
I don't know why I never learn... They NEVER have a full menu. If you are open until 10pm, then you should have a full menu until 10pmAlso, the customer service staff needs serious trainingDon't work in customer service, if you can't speak pleasently to customers.When did it become acceptable to respond to an order screen with "order when your ready"?!? What ever happens to ' welcome to Krispy Kreme, what would you like to order today?" And , "would you like to order a one of our delicious Iced coffees to go with your fresh donuts?"I mean, come on folks it's not rocket science...
If you've never had a Krispy Kreme doughnut then do yourself a favor. You will realize that your whole life has been a lie. Watch for the Hot Light.
Quality service and courtesy will be hard to find at this place. We were short $0.03 cent it was raining, heavy wind 48 degrees they still made us go outside to get those 3 pennies.

Pretty disappointing to call and be told everything I wanted was available but when I picked it up, the order was missing a few items. I got the Halloween dozen (so the cauldron, the witches broom, the cat, and the orange sprinkles) and the $1 scary dozen which are 11 glazed and 1 orange sprinkle. As you can see from the photo, the Halloween dozen is incorrect and I didn’t take a picture of the “scary” dozen because I figured the employee made a mistake (it was all glazed, not a big deal) but when I called to ask if the Halloween dozen was available, they should’ve told me THEN that the cat donut was going to be missing. Even AGAIN at the drive thru was another opportunity missed. Pretty irritating as it’s a long drive to get them and I only go when they have specials like the Halloween dozen. Also the receipt blew away so i couldn’t even redeem my order for any points or get a refund ?✋
