Our food was correct and seemed fresh but that is all they did right. We had to place two orders because the person taking our order was such in a rush she didn't let us finish ordering we had to tell her after she gave us our total we where actually not done ordering. Didn't give us a choice of sides they choose for us which we had to correct. Then they didn't give us any silverware, napkins, straws, sauce, no butter or honey for the biscuits. Which we didn't notice until we got home. I won't be back.
The store is clean, staff is nice and the chicken is good.
Today I went to kfc on Mariposa and ordered a 6 piece hot wing. I was told in drive thru it would take 15-20 mins. So I got out of drive thru to wait. I went inside finally got my order, drove home 30 mins away. The wings were raw inside. I called the store and they said bring back 75% of the food to get a $10 refund. Price of gas 6.00 gal. 30 mins to and from this KFC store. The lady who said she was manager (terrible customer service) said that's all they could tell me to resolve my raw chicken dinner. I have a picture where I pulled the meat to show how the bone looked disgusting. I will not ever go back.
I went through drive thru and I "quickly checked my order" got home and main item box of chicken tenders missing. If anything this is what very annoying. Drove all the way home andEvery one ready to eat and 12 pc chicken missing.. omgee. Called went back and got my food... sooo annoying
What a greasy chicken sandwich. Drilling oil. And they didn't have coins so they didn't give me all my change saying that's the best I can do. What F is that so I said what don't you pay more instead of less. Answer... that's the best I can do for you... last time I'm going to you
Been here several times unfortunately. Placed online orders for pickup and orders are not started until I arrive which is a great inconvenience, beats the purpose of placing an online order. There's a dozen people working there I'm not sure what are they doing if they can't finish two combos on time. Second time I was there was through the drive-thru at 8:30pm which they close at 9pm and they said it's closed. Then again today I go to pick up another online order thinking it was just that one time and again they didn't start my order until I rrrived and they were all cleaning at 7:45pm . Didn't feel comfortable seeing them clean their filth with soap , sprays and chemicals with wet floors. So I canceled my order for a refund. Disgusting!! Come on its 7:45 pm not 9pm.
