You ever go someplace that’s really good and you’re really hungry? Well it seems like every time we make it to Johnny Carino’s, I forget to take a picture of the nachos before I have eaten like a fourth of them ?. I love the angel hair pasta with artichokes. I ask for no capers but today they didn’t have so much that it was over powering. Mom loves her skilletini! Shaved chicken and the veggies, so yummy ?!
I have had many great meals at this restaurant prior to the pandemic. I had lunch today and it was so bland, under cooked, tasteless. Neither my friend or myself could eat it, including the appetizer. I couldn't believe it. Staff is completely different and the chef couldn't be the same. Definitely will not be back.
The establishment was clean. Our wit time was about 10 minutes. The waitress was attentive and has a pleasant attitude.
Hadn't been here in a few years. Our dinners were delicious. Hubby had chicken parmigiana and I had chicken marsala. The service was great. We will definitely be returning!
Went during "Happy Hour" with a large group and encountered several issues:1. Beer option....$2/8oz. Too small. ?2. Weird policy regarding orders....each Ticket must be comprised of 4 people. This means individuals were forced to have their order combined with other people.3. Mass confusion when everyone received their bill because they were all wrong!!!! Spent nearly 30mins trying to sort everything out.4. Although the food Specials were decent ($10 for three items & $.50 Boneless Wings) and the food was delivered very quickly; unfortunately the Lemon Pepper Wings were disgusting!!! Imagine a fried boneless wing with thick crust sprinkled with dry yellow chalk!! ?
Went here last night for dinner with family from out of town. We had been so busy that we hadn't eaten all day and thought some good old Italian food would hit the spot. 3 outta 4 of us ended the night food poisoning. To top it off the food wasn't even that good, and the services was not of good quality either. The only reason I didn't get the food poisoning is becuase I was only able to eat 2 bites of my food before I just didn't want it. My husband also ordered a drink and it was disgusting. I have been to multiple Johnny's and have never experienced a problem like this. Definitely will not be going back to this location. Amd if you choose to go there be warned ⚠️
Me and my husband love this place! The food and mixed drinks are excellent! We've only had a couple of bad experiences but had the issue fixed upon bringing it to the restaurants attention. We've ordered many dishes from the menu all being delicious but on one occasion we ordered the creamy spicy shrimp and chicken pasta and received soo much chilli in it it was inedible. The mixed alchohol drinks are incredibly tasty when mixed by the actual bartender! We on a few occasions had the waitress prepare our drinks and they were off or horrible (too strong or tasted nothing like they should) other than these two occasions the rest of our visits have been great.
Prices are higher than I expected, but the service and food quality were great. Shrimp cooked perfectly but my bread was soggy and paid 4.00 for a soda.
Extremely terrible experience.We tried to order food from Famous Dave's. We followed the advice of the host who told us to sit down, order drinks from Johnny Carino's and then place a to go order from Famous Dave's.We ordered drinks and a couple items from Johnny Carino's. After over 1 hour none of out food came, no drinks were refilled, and no once asked if we needed anything else.Once our Famous Dave's order was finally ready we asked about our salad and pasta from Johnny Carino's. We were told that we never order our salad and our pasta was coming. Meanwhile, others had came, ate, and left all around us. After opening our Famous Dave's food and looking around for plates the manager approached our table and told us we were not allowed to eat our food in his restaurant. No one ever told us we could not eat Famous Dave's in Johnny Corino's until we had paid over 170 dollars for our Famous Dave's food.Extremely frustrating and infuriating. So many more things wrong with this experience. This doesn't do justice to how disturbing our experience was. From the moment we sat down and oil was spilled all over the table, menus, and my ourselves. Which was not cleaned up.Please listen and do not eat here.
Food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. We stopped here because traffic was bad and we needed a break. The server was very nice and responsive, however, the kitchen was a little slow. Not sure if they were understaffed, but I only saw one guy back there cooking. Either way, were weren't in a huge hurry, so it didn't impact our day.
