Used to be a lot better. Now they can't get orders right, especially for customizations. The last 2 times we've ordered its been wrong and we had it delivered so we didn't realize until after the fact.
This specific Jimmy John's restaurant is the absolute WORST there is. I literally live two blocks from them. But I have a leg cast right now and can't walk. Every time I order from them it takes WELL over an hour to get my cold sandwich delivered. Every time.. and they are sooooo rude Believe me when I say I will NOT be ordering from this location ever again.
This is the best Jimmy John's in the high desert. Everyone at this location goes above and beyond. Delivery is quick and food is always fresh.

Customer service awesome. I had my 79 year dad with me and they took their time with him and offering him alternate selection. We had the unsandwich it is a must try. You feell full without feeling heavy. No bread involved. I dare you to try it once.
