I must be a glutton for punishment! 2 weekends in a row!!! This Jack in the Box WILL NOT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT!!! went through the drive through and the order was missing 4 tacos so I had to drive back 4 miles (gas is only $6.50 a gallon) to wait another 30 minutes in line to let them know they were missing. And why is the soda ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS flat at this location??!!?? I will DEFINITELY be calling Corporate Monday morning! $100 worth of mistakes in 7 days!!! This will probably be our last visit
Everything was fine. On this day they were having some electrical problems as it was cash only.Also their drive-thru intercom was not working. So they had an employee outside taking the orders. It was around four in the afternoon so while they were busy the order went smoothly.
Update 2/14/22: Upping to 5 stars for amazing service recovery. Management contacted my son with options to fulfill order or refund.Original 1 star review:Been here quite a bit, but the last couple times either the order is wrong or the app doesn't work. Tonight they charged us for a $40 order, but said they didn't receive the order on the app after "Prepare Food" was pressed. Waited 30 minutes. Even with showing proof of payment, order number, and confirmation they declined to prep food or even offer a refund. Assistant manager was of no help.
I give it a three because a part of my order was missing and I had to drive back to the restaurant. Which was not so much the issue since I should have checked my order before leaving the drive thru but I didn't and when I went back the cashier made it seem like I was not being honest about the missing items. She insisted that everything was given to us. She replaced the missing items (not with the correct size I paid for but at least it was replaced) and I eventually went back home to eat my cold meal that was waiting for me at my house. Other then that the food was good and the one bite I was able to take of my fish sandwich before my daughter said "they forgot my food" was quite tasty and the drive thru line went by quickly.
Always come to this jack in a box right here on Amargosa Rd and when I come here I always spend $50+, mainly on the tacos, I order 20 tacos and ask for plenty of the taco sauce cuz I use 4 packets per taco so I need a lot and never have a problem getting so many until today, I was told that their manager said they need to cool it on the sauce. I didn't just order 5 tacos, I got 20 tacos and the guy at the window said he gave us a good handful which was false, it was cheap measley handful. I spent over $50 bucks and that is not a proper handful for all the food I bought and tacos I got. So thank you guys, I will not be spending my money at this Jack's no more. I will take my money and business else where.. PEACE!!!! ANnd very bad service.. The guy at the window acts like the taco sauce is coming out of his check or something.. more
Friendly staff, clean inside, outside and clean bathrooms. Food is fresh made to order not made ahead and sitting under a warming light, you can order food your way, reasonable prices, the BEST CHICKEN TERYAKI anywhere! Best saucere too. Recently we visited a teryaki restaurant that was a high priced disappointment! I tell that to everyone! We use the drive thru as my husband can't walk in.
Go for my quick Values. Can't go wrong with the value 2 tacos. Although some prices on value have gone up. Staff great & fast service.
Super fast, great coffee in the mornings, never went to any other Jack In The Box.

Guy who took our order was extremely impatient and rude. He clearly didnt want to be there. But food was ok . Idk if id go back . Maybe out of desperation .
