Don't believe I've been to Jack in The box lately have I oh yeah they're in Stanley overpriced at the moment just like McDonald's and got the places because my buddy happens to like that stuff I'm not really a fan but if my buddy wants something my buddy gets it most of the time anyways they're okay I mean I've been seeing him ever since the early 60s I remember the built one a couple blocks around home just right outside of Beverly hills and I remember the Beatles were playing at the Hollywood bowl that year so for you the fishy and autos out there what year was that and how old was I I know they play there more than once but it was the first time as the hint the Jack in the box heads at the drive up we're so much cooler back in the 60s and it's funny I've been collecting antiques and 60s things ever since the 60s cuz I was young I was still remember it all didn't have all that much fun but it was fun collecting I have never seen one of those for sale anywhere have you? And what did it go for nowadays the original Jack in the box drive through window heads microphone speaker whatever was inside of that piece of wonderful plastic as we trip down in nostalgia Lane oh who knows when the first Jack in the box was opened and where was it? Of course I know I'm not telling you I'm supposed to know enough not to tell you just yet look for the next post

I'm a Jack in the Box regular of 25yrs. And there remains to this day "no substitute" for genuine Jack inthe Box Flats (tacos). I will use Extra fuel to get these lovelies in my hands. They are one of a kind and thankfully unchanged ever since my beginnings. also, the menu offers many added compliments to them, such as truly shocking strawberry shakes.

It's like incompetence is being taught. How hard is it to not burn a sourdough Jack? I mean I'm really easy to please but when most Jack in the box locations don't know how to properly cook and charge more than McDonald's and even they can do it without burning it.

The 1 menu is great 2 tacos for 1.09 very affordable and drinks are 1.00 as well. The night manager is very great he really cares and prepare s food fresh

I had one car in front of me and I still waited 30 minutes to get my food. I get home and it’s not what I ordered. Slow incompetent employees. And the restaurant wants to pull the “no change” thing so that they keep your extra money

I came here on feb.25 around 10am . This place was very busy and had a huge amount of rude customers even, one that asked for the number to corporate. I myself own a business and know how tough times are right now . With being short staffed, over worked, and drowned in a rush of customer all at one time . I just want to take say the team that was working this morning did an awesome job ! And want to make sure they all know how wonderful they were working together and also kept they’re composure professional under a large amount of stress . Take a deep breath you guys are doing great ? ?

My son has a choice once a week where he would like to eat and this was his flavor for the day. They have great deals to especially if you download the app.

The Food was alright. But was Missing things from my order and had to call them and go back at a later time to have them replace what I should have already had

So this is the third time I come to this establishment before I have to head to work and they say their system is down. Before they used to tell me I could still order but I could only pay cash, which is fine so I come prepared. This is the third time they refuse service to me during the hours of 3 to 4 in the morning because “the system is down”. Why do establishments claim they are 24 hour if they are going to refuse to serve you at random times. The worst thing is that the first young woman that came onto the intercom was very pleasant and said it would only take about 15 to 20 minutes for the system to update so I said that’s fine I would wait, but then, another woman very rudely cut her off and said it in fact be 30 minutes for the system to reboot. I said fine I would wait, and she said in a very rude way that I could wait but that it had to be in the parking lot. I said no, I’ll wait right here. And she was pretty much demanding I get out of the driveway because their timer was going or something like that? Anyways I waited about 20 minutes. Not sure how long but still no one took my order. This is extremely frustrating especially right before I have to go to work. I love the way food is prepared here but I don’t understand why the employees decided they can’t prepare food while the system is down. You can still prepare food and you can still take cash payments. Will your employees be completely inept if the internet goes down for hours at a time or the system? Revert to the old school ways so that you can still run your business and serve your customers. I doubt this is higher management deciding this, sounds like employees have taken these opportunities to get themselves a nice long break. And if you’re cleaning during that time while the system is down then why not say that instead of making the customer feel like you just straight up don’t want to serve them because the “system is down”. I headed to del taco instead where they also said they’re system was down but they gave me the option of paying cash and I was on my way. By the way the employee that served me at Del Taco was extremely sweet and attentive even though it was 3:40 in the morning. Employees at this jack in the box location need some serious customer service training because some of them are extremely rude.

The employees practically ignored us while we were waiting to order and when they did take our order they were very rude, ignorant and had the worst attitudes. What I can see inside this place is disgusting. Worst business is SoCal, they need to fire all their trash employees and start over.
