This is a joke of a restaurant ordered delivery at 9 pm its almost 11 pm and nothing 43 dollars for what nothing this restaurant don't even answer there phone they pick up and hang up fast there's is no way of canceling or getting my money back nothing no help any where the app is hopeless restaurant is hopeless and can't even get of hold of the uber the contract !! Don't use app for delivery you will never get your food...
Buttery Jack was horrible. Tasted old and stale. Worst than AMPM burger. It was dry and cold. The fries were cold with no salt at all
Went to this jack in the box today at 8:20 am. There were no customers inside so i entered to place an order. There were plenty of employees inside doing nothing. One employee said he would help me and then he just ignored me. I waited 20 min and they ignored me. I looked for some assistance but they didnt want to take my order. I think there was a bit of racism involved. I am an older nerdy Asian man and the staff were mostly Hispanic. Not cool but i dont paint hispanics as racist. Just something not right at this place.
I ordered the 3-piece egg rolls and they weren't cooked long enough most of the time they get it right Everyone's entitled to a mistake now and then you're doing a great job Jack in the Box.
I always go late, never an issue. Efrain always has wonderful service. Such a delightful experience when he is there. Favorite location.
Always a line for drive thru. Goes fast for the most part. Food is always what you'd expect from Jack's. Have a late night craving you know where to go!
NO dine in. Lobby closed. Stupid. The guy that handed my food had no gloves on, but had no problem touching durty money and he forgot to give me my drink. I had to ask twice for it.

Good variety of food choices, fair prices, open 24/7. I love the chicken teriyaki, good sized portions of food. They have good tasting food and carry a good variety of drink choices including sweet ice tea.
Best egg rolls ever!! Every time i go that's what i order, one thing about jack in the box i haven't had 1 bad experience!! ?
