This Jack is very reliable. Pretty consistent with good food and correct orders. The staff is friendly and it's what you'd expect from a fast food place
I went to this location around 10:40pm and ordered a Sourdough Jack. Once I got home and opened my hamburger the bread was regular white sourdough bread. It was not toasted. I was so upset with that. Also I had to get back in the line and order food again that I already ordered and the woman working did not charge me for. I reminded her that I ordered two tacos as well and she totally ignored that she didn’t charge me. This location was very busy and I believe they were rushing. Never will visit this location again
Grisella was awesome! She took my order & made sure it was all correct before I left. Food was done quickly considering how busy it was. Definitely a better jack in the box than most I've gone to.
Every time never fails they forget to give me something and always have to drive back
The drive thru service is always professional. I eat late nights a couple times a week and my orders are always correct, hot, and condiments are always included without having to ask. Excellent team work!
worse service ever charged wrong cold meat wrong order disgusting food. didn't care about homeless trying to get inside out vehicle . cold fries and the drive through absolutely the worse saw a roach in the window and when i tried to call got over 4 different voicemail is response so unprofessional and disgusting will be passing the word on to not go here. Absolutely gross
Although I don't normally like to eat at this location because the customer service sucks & so does the food.This particular trip was great. The person taking orders & the money were nice & patient and my food was got, fresh & correct. Including my fries which I have had issues w/at this location
This place is disorganized with no clear management helping the employees. The staff weren't very well trained to much confusion going on with peoples orders. I waited 5 minutes before the girl even took my order it wad like she was ignoring me. When she finally to my order i had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order. Won't go back there unless they get better staff.
Transients hanging out just outside the drive thru window panhandling. This place really needs security. Other than that food is good
