Service was good but they have a side salad as part of the 14.99 entree meals. When we tried to get the salad waitress said cost 5.99 more to add, not included anymore.What a crock. I wouldn't have gone there if I knew.
The service was good and friendly. Ordered the breakfast special and the entire meal eggs to pancakes were stone cold. If I go back I will send back for a hot meal. At the price of a breakfast meal it should be served hot.
This was my third visit to this location, all three times I ordered online to pickup in store. Can't comment on food or service for this visit as after placing my order and arriving at the location they were closed (it was during normally business hours). The first time the same thing happened, but seeing as how it was a holiday I assumed the website didn't update to reflect the correct business hours or shutoff online ordering. This is why the second visit, because after placing the first order my husband and I were both wanting IHOP pancakes. When we went back the next business day we had to go in to pay, as you can't pay online for this location. The hostess was very nice and apologized for the website order from the day prior. The food was as I expected, IHOP was a weekend treat as a little girl. Unfortunately my rating reflects my last experience which was not existent. After looking forward to picking up my custom omelette and pancakes, we arrived to dark restaurant in the evening with a small handwritten sign that said they were closed. I understand that Covid has hit business very hard, but I know computer programming and it is not difficult to reflect this online to save costumers the time and gas, esp allowing online orders, to find out the location is closed when you arrive there.
It was fine it's not some fancy diner eat there if you'd like it's got decent pancakes and 4 different types of syrup

I really appreciated the team at this location. Sat me quickly, continued to check on me and my guest in a timely manner. Friendly and attentive. The food is above average and the portions are great. The prices are creeping up but I guess that's everywhere.
