Had the Zeshaun shredded pork with fried rice,,, YUMMM,,, been coming hear fir years,,, best in the HD... ???
At 3:30 pm I ordered take out kung pao chicken, chicken chop suey , egg flower soup and egg rolls. This was by far the worst Chinese food i had tasted. Kung pao chicken was dry, no sauce and no flavor. Chop suey was filled with so much bean sprouts, very little other vegetable and all appeared old with no flavor. Egg flower soup was brown, salty flavor with over abundance of egg and little else. Egg rolls were not freshly cooked but appeared heated and somewhat soggy. I threw out everything after tasting. $40 plus wasted. Never going back and would never recommend.
Everything was fresh and so good. highly recommend ot.
Was seated quickly. Servers seemed to be overwhelmed with the tables they served. Servers were happy, slightly slower service than normal. Food was served hot and tasty. Ultimately was happy with the dining experience. We'll be back for another dinner experience.
It was kind of run down and drity, which does not bother me if the food is good. Everything needed more flavor. I would not advice you to eat here.
This is the second time I've bern here, the first time the food was awesome as was the service,the place was clean.... not sparkling but clean.the second time the food was ok... but Filthy restrooms! , the table was sticky ! They should be much cleaner especially in a pandemic ! makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. Not sure I will return.
We had doordashed some food and we got the cream cheese wontons and as I was eating one there was a hair in it and I literally pulled it out of my mouth by the hair I am so grossed out and I feel sick in my stomach never want to buy food from here again threw away the rest of my food I bought after that
Definitely the best Chinese food in the High Desert. General's Tso's Chicken is so amazing! The light breading was much appreciated! I only wish that the egg rolls were better. They seemed a little plain, but otherwise everything else we ordered was excellent. ?
I just enjoyed the most delicious dinner at Golden Gate. We ordered egg rolls, General Tao Chicken and Three Shreds and the shrimp fried rice. Everything was delicious and fresh. Our only complaint is the egg rolls were lacking substance. Even though they were busy the service was fast and friendly.
The best in the high desert that I have found. Everything that I have tried I liked... a lot! Wonton soup is delicious.
