UPDATE: I still feel the service is great, but lately EVERY TIME I go and tell them "Easy Rice" they give me extra rice. It really is getting annoying. Apparently I'm just going to have to tell them No Rice at all.Service is always great. The employees & manager are always in a good mood. They greet everyone when they come in & the food always tastes delicious.
I just went to this location to try and buy a dinner meal of 10pc and the stupidest thing happened, apparently they were not selling 10pc leg and thigh only mixed, but they did have leg and thigh just were not selling it in the meal combo! What’s more impressive is the lack of commutation with the customers…instead of giving a reason on why they were not selling leg and thigh on family meals, but individual meals yes, it sounded as if she was frowning.
Great customer service. Always make my food to perfection. Love there sauces and chicken always juicy. Staff goes above and beyond to make it perfect.The small girl Adrina with glasses always puts a smile on my face very sweet and always great customer service . She is what you expect when you walk into a restaurant and expect great service.
Went there on May 4 excellent service..loved it employee at window (drive thru) was amazing very sweet girl.made sure I had everything before I left..food was very good when I got home...

I went to the one on 7th St. Sadly, the chicken was horrid. It was dry, and tasted as if it had been sitting out for awhile. The lettuce in the salad was old. We ended up throwing our food away. I would definitely recommend going to the one one Bear Valley.

Absolutely awful. I've never been to an El Pollo Loco like this. The service sucked. I was in line waiting for my food for 30 minutes. One of my sides was Mac and cheese and I observed one of the workers dump some Mac and cheese back into the ben, from a container that they had already prepared for someone else. I observed several employees wearing masks below their nose and one female that was wearing a headset without her mouth covered and fixing sides while was talking into the headset over the sides she was fixing..... disgusting. The guy on the grill, I assume was the manager could not keep enough chicken on the grill to meet the demand. My chicken was sitting up on an shelf while he put one or two pieces at a time as the chicken cooked.The chicken in the box getting cold, and I ordered two halves. I would never go back to that location, it was the worst restaurant experience I ever had.?????
I love El Pollo loco Chicken, it's always delicious and hot. The employees are always very friendly. My order is always hot and ready to go.
Horrible I will never eat pollo loco again. Nasty old chicken they put tomatoes when I am allergic old black avocado little to no sourcream . I door Dashed and received order wrong asked for Ranch spoke to a worker and she says they no longer give ranch out and if I wanted to fix my order I needed to go in . What was the point of door dash my daughter's food had a hair in it. This is the pollo loco on 7th st . First employee no English second had a attitude and I had to ask for her name 3 times till she finally said Melony. What a waste of money don't eat here if your smart and don't want to be sick.
