Not the best customer service. The soda was coming out super sweet like syrup. I informed them, and they said it was because the machine was making ice. I gave it awhile and it still did the same. I dumped our drinks out twice and got dirty looks from the workers. I informed them again, but they didn't even offer to to fill our drinks from the back. I told them we were done eating and didn't get drinks because the machine was still making ice!
Horrible customer service, ordered a pollo bowl and a grande aguacado chicken bowl, the chicken in both of them was as if it was the checken that was left over after cleaning the grill, shredded, an amount much less then what you can grab with the tips of your fingers. Went back to ask for the regular chicken cubes that originally come with both bowls and was told that was the "new way" when even in the picture of display the chicken is in cubes! When she gave my bowls back it was with an attitude and still extremely small amounts of chicken! First and last time we will come here. Not recommend at ALL! Go to a different location! This is at the one on 395 and Palmdale Rd in Victorville.
You guys are idiots! I order a double tostado bowl everything I come to this location by Walmart and Palmdale rd and you ALWAYS forget avocado and never ever fricken listen when I ask for avocado salsa and give the wrong thing. Every single time. You guys are ridiculous can't even get a simple thing correct.
Very bad experience at this el pollo loco. I came here to try the new birria and the food was delicious but the customer service was very poor the lady named Janet in the front took my order it seemed as if she was in a hurry when I was ordering she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence without cutting me off and then rolled her eyes when I was still deciding what I wanted to eat. I could tell she was getting impatient the way she was tapping her feet and speaking to me. I couldn’t even finish my order because her attitude was so nasty I felt uncomfortable. Then while I was waiting to get my food I kept trying to get her attention because she had gotten my order wrong. I was given tortillas but I wanted chips instead. It seemed however she was too busy to notice me because she was talking to her other coworkers… once I finally got her attention I asked her nicely who the manager was and she replied with a nasty attitude that she was the manager and that she has the right to refuse service. She embarrassed me in front of the other customers. Janet needs to be fired and removed immediately from this place she has a bad attitude and is very rude. I will never come to this el pollo loco ever again and I don’t recommend anyone else coming here unless they want to be treated with disrespect.
Cashiers are nice. Cooks smile but who in charge needs to smile, an talk more..

Nothing they had displayed on the menu was able to be ordered... im talking about basic legs and thighs. Literally nothing to eat here when I came.
The food is good but ,I think they think it's still summer because it was freezing in there and we could not enjoy our meal , we will have to try some where else next time we ate in town
