Went and got a classic tostada it was full of lettuce and don’t know what happened to the chicken it was sad I paid so much for a lettuce salad was disappointed for the first time will never order a tostada again ever and I love them but afraid to get another lettuce salad not happy.

It's Pollo Loco if you haven't tried it yet it's marinated , season good . I've never had a problem with the food , it's always dependable when you're tired of cooking and want something healthier chicken than the usual fried chicken .
I always go here for my lunch from work . Never had a problem till today. Carmen was very rude did not take my order right. To top it off she didn't use my coupon right she substitute my food for something she wanted not what i order. After i let her know she was rude and loud towards me. Thanks carmen for being so unprofessional.
I'm always so curious about the El pollo loco but i think i went to the wrong location coz Carmen seems tobe having a bad day and need some lessons about customer service.
Good chicken, accidently forgot the salsa, quesadillas are really good.
Often after showing homes, I like to go through the drive- thru for a large order of steamed broccoli. Then top it off with some Pico de Gallo and salsa. A nice BRC without the cheese is a treat too. #keepingitsimple
Good place to eat yourself thin with tasty, healthy options. I love pouring the green sauce over the steamed veggies. This is the only place that serves Mac and cheese that I actually like.
Ordered a 4pc meal as well as a chicken bowl but I received no tortillas. The chicken was burnt and my 4th piece of chicken had no meat on it.
They did not put forks nor knives for to go stuffAs usual if you dont check your meal it would be always fu up
