If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for delivery 2 hours ago and nothing! I called after the first hour and was told it would be 30 mins by Romeo and that he would give me a free pizza…. After the next half hour I called again and waited another 10 mins before speaking to Angel who was supposed to be the manager, she said I couldn’t get my money back and still get the food even though it was 2 hours later. I said it’s going to be cold when I get it she said no, we’re just made it but it would be another half hour before I get it… so it’s going to be cold. Then I called back to see if I could just come get it since they are short on delivery drivers. Esteban answered and said “what’s your problem?” ? Then told me no I can’t pick it up cause the dining room is closed.I called again at 1245 because ….. still no food. I was on hold till 1259 (they close at 1) someone, a female answered and hung up. Now they are closed, no food and no refund and no call from them to even let me know what happened.But they did offer me a free medium pizza the first time I called! ?? why would I EVER order a damn thing from this place!
It's Domino's. The lady at the counter was friendly. I did a pick up. It was ready when they said it would be. I don't care for pizza in general so I am not the right person to ask. The family was happy.
I called to order carry out and I requested a coupon that they suddenly stopped doing at the store which is a odd and was told they can’t bring it up but I think they just didn’t want to give me the special and to top it off the first girl was rude and her manager didn’t even seem to want to be a help either and just wanted me off the line already. I believe this is why they have a 3 and a half star since OER counts service as well beside Labor, DOT,OTD etc. Please correct this team because they can run up a 5 star if they put the attitude to the side.
I get food from here often but tonight there was amazing young ladie she went out of her way to help she was so professional you could tell she definitely hardworking an loves her job but she definitely goes above to do great customer service for domino's I gave her a tip I asked another male employee outside who was a driver her name I was told her name is Christina she is insider she took my order was so patient kind so very helpful even the driver said she was very hard worker so great to co workers and cares about everyone and always helpful I was not surprised I hope the franchise owners and domino's realize what an amazing asset she is to not only the store but to domino's corporation its hard to find employees that are that hard working and dedicated to working as she is definitely made a lasting impression we will be back to order again hopefully from Christina the insider
I was very disappointed with my order I’m pregnant and I ordered domino’s a few days ago and it was sooo delicious and that’s all I’ve been talking bout for days & so my husband surprised me for dinner & ordered me one today but I was so disappointed it was not fresh at all & it did not look appetizing my husband literary had to throw the whole thing away the only thing good was the side salad … we didn’t bother to call it in & complain I just decided to write a review my husband was already skeptical about the pizza not having a quality seal on the box but I was told domino’s doesn’t do that so I guess … i just hope domino’s really quality checks their pizza every time before it goes out like they say they do on the pizza tracker because no pregnant woman should never have to go through that so get it together domino’s !
Horrible service! Waited for my order for an hour and 20 minutes before I called store to see why it was taking so long. They told me it was on the way and it should be there in 15 mins. I live 4 mins away from this store. 30 mins later I call again and ask to speak to Brianna as the information on my order told me if I needed a manager that’s who I would speak to. Whoever answered the call said “I can’t give out personal information about employees and hung up. All I did was ask if Brianna the manager was there. So I call again and just ask yo speak to a manager. I finally speak to Brianna and let her know I’ve been waiting for my order for over an hour and 30 mins and she tells me it’s on its way so I tell her we called 30 mins ago and you guys said it was on its way and would be here in 15 min. She then screams to someone telling them my order needs to go out 1st. So I tell her my order isn’t already on its way then? She says no I am going to have someone drive it over now. This is the worst service I ever received. Oh but to make it better they offered me 1 free pizza for my next order. Like if I would want to order from this store again! I ended up telling them to refund my order and will be calling back to speak to the General Manager. Do not order from this store
I ordered on 1/12/22 and my order was wrong. Gary the delivery person drove up into the driveway of my home and parked an XL SUV at the door of my garage. There was parking on the street. I called Bria the manager at the Hook store in Victorville to inform her of my concerns. She never addressed the issue of the driver parking a dinosaur of a vehicle at my garage. She did say that she was giving me a full refund. So today I called to ask how long it would be. The young lady hung up on me. I called back thinking it was an accident....she asked me to hold on, I said yes. 10 MINUTES went by while the crew is laughing and having a good time! I called back to speak to the manager, Bria. Again she was not concerned of the terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE I am receiving. She did tell me that it's 7 BUSINESS DAYS to receive a refund. I have been a Customer service representative for over 30 years and I never heard of this type of behavior to be acceptable!
While I was waiting in the car, many people were coming in and out annoyed and I saw 1 guy was taking out the pizzas and preparing everything while 5 people were making pizzas. I feel sorry for the guy who was there. Some of the pizzas that came out were also burnt and they put them in the boxes. I think that as a manager you should know how high to set the oven temperature. The app tracker is useless don't believe him when says it's ready, I think the admin of this store is not very well organized. literally an hour for a pizza.
They need more employees or something. I waited an hour for my carside delivery. 3 pizzas with less than 3 toppings. They said they were waiting for it to come out of the oven. They brought UT out as soon as I called.
Always takes forever and the food keeps showing up cold. Pass and find a place that actually tries to serve hot food hot.
