Ordered online, 50 min went by, I called and said there was 4 orders ahead of me. Called at the 2hr mark and my order wasn't even started. Never in my life did I have to wait this long for pizza, it's bad service, it's ridiculous, my kids waited to eat and had to make something else up in order for them to eat before bed. Wasted my time waiting for this pizza, if I could give zero stars I would.
This white lady who just delivered said so sarcastically “great instructions “ as if she was annoyed. She said it to my bf and he’s nice so he didn’t say anything except “there’s a limit to what we can write” because he’s respectful. I get apartments can be annoying , especially gated but I wrote what I could since there is a limit. It seemed simple enough to me and I’ve wrote the same thing for others so idk why she had an issue. Seems to me she shouldn’t be working there. One very important thing I’ve learned from working in the food industry for years is that sometimes people are going through stuff so be nice even if the customer is mean but we weren’t even mean and got attitude. Oh also I ordered recently and I requested it to be brought to my car since I had my baby in the car seat and they neverrrr came out and I saw other cars waiting and have to get off too. When I did get off there wasn’t even an apology or anything. I need a job maybe I’ll go run this place , I have experience as an assistant manager. Call me

My experience at this location has not been a great experience. I don’t like having to call multiple times to try to get through to this business this is not the first time it happening this is the sixth time that these variance keep happening at this Bear Valley in Hesperia location they need to hire new employees . Can you place the order an hour ago they come with the wrong order do you have to wait either long. To either get a replacement get your money back and satisfied with this location of service I preferred the hook location is always great but they don’t deliver to certain residence. Corporate needs to read this and come to their investigation on their company …☹️?????
Do NOT order from here if you can avoid it. I’ve never had worse service, and i’ve been in food service most of my life, so i’m not usually one to judge. But, if something is ordered over an hour and a half ago, you’d think it would be at your house by then. But no, we called, and apparently the delivery driver wasn’t even there, and our order isn’t getting put into the oven until he gets there. Understandable, but my issue here is that it’s still not here, and by the time it gets here, me and the family will have waited over two hours for a pizza delivery, which tbh is a bit insane in this day in age. I would never let this happen at any restaurant i worked at, and if it did by some chance, i would have OFFERED a refund immediately. I’m disgusted. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID.
I use delivery service, they have been good service! I received my pizza and chicken wings nice and hot!
The guys who work here did good. They all had masks on but 1 out of like 6 actually had it on their face.
