I absolutely love, the amazing staff, I enjoyed every moment of my dining experience. lots,& lot's of things to look at throughout the Old Country store.? The food was rich in flavors. I was so happy that my experience was awesome & that I got the chance to finally try this restaurant. The Rocket ? mimosas mmmmmm!?
sirloin steak was great , service was fast !!
The Cracker Barrel experience is always a good one. I believe the quantity of food and price are well above expectations here. In this occasion I picked up the country fried steak, fried apples and side of and grits. We also had the Grandma sampler, that one has eggs, side of sausage bacon or ham and pancakes. What ever you get here I’ll say they’re all good. Customer service is always good and sometimes exceptional. And shopping at their store while you is also a cool experience. Plenty of parking and a lot of Comfort food make this place amazing. I just wish they had more locations in California.
A place worth visiting at least once in your life. Interior design is outstanding. The little shop is a great distraction from a long road. I loved that everything was separated by themes.Didn't have a great experience with the waiters. The girl at the reception was about 15 years old and had no idea what to do. She couldn't find us a table even though 90 percent of the restaurant was empty. We had to tell her what to do, it was just awkward. The food itself was delicious. I've ordered meat, potatoes, corn, and fried apples. Everything was great. Fried apples were p.e.r.f.e.c.t.I would definitely come back and recommend this place.
Not a good experience at one of our favorite national chains. Something lacking about CB in California as compared to say, Texas. Service was poor by our server who seemed to have something else on his mind and basically ignored our table. Refills were very slow. Food quality was mediocre at best. You need a southern cook that knows how to cook eggs (tough) and grits (consistency of soup). Had to ask for butter, twice. And never received our 'special jelly' at all. Driving all the way from 29 Palms our time and money would have been better spent at Denny's of all places. Up your game, partner. You are now on our '5 year visit plan'. See you again in 2027...I are miss Texas
our waitress was very nice and came to the table often. she made sure our drinks were filled and we were doing okay. No long wait to get in and everyone was very nice and professional.
1st time coming here and have been wanting to try them for awhile. There were a few items that I was torn between ordering but ultimately ended up on the fried chicken based on suggestion (although when the meal came out the person who "recommended" it realized it was the other chicken). Chicken was perfectly juicy inside yet crispy on the outside, however I felt like a lot of the items could use more seasoning. I really liked the fluffiness of the biscuits as well as the apples. Next time I'm ordering the chicken pot pie I got talked out of
Great place to take the family. They had really cool vintage items around the wall and a giant fireplace in the dining area. It was a very cabin/country like environment that had comfort food to match it. The staff there were extremely attentive, friendly, and helpful. The convenient retail store attached to the dining area is a bit high in price but worth the souvenirs.
Our dining experience was so much fun do to our waitress. She was funny and a pleasure to have serving us. The food was delicious too. We did have a bit of a wait for our food, however there were alot of guests that day.
always great food love the pancakes!!
