The worst service I have for a sit down restaurant. It took forever to get a service , once we had a table, we waited about another 15 minutes to get a server that after another 5 more minutes I had to request one, while the rest of the people prior to us, got sit down and taking care of. The order was never completed , had to go to my van to get a bottle of water since we had our drinks ordered, I normally don’t complain for service, I understand when a server is busy, I was one many years ago, but you shouldn’t be taking to many tables or parties if you are not going to be able to handle them all. Very disappointed with this , I’m a business owner my self and I always support our local companies but this was far beyond my patient.
Overall good restaurant usually don't have a problem I show up here every month or so to try the monthly margarita special but sometimes I skip because of the ingredients or if it doesn't agree with me.Only problem is sometimes it can be kind of backed up which means a little bit more weight while sitting at the table but thankfully most of the servers are attentive
Walked in put our name down and told 45 minute wait. We walk back up at 45 minutes and ask how much longer only to find out we are not on the list. We go back to the person we had checked in with and he tells us oh well you walked outside, so I didn't end up putting your name down. Then he has the nerve to offer to put our name down now bit it's an hour wait and that's the best he could do. His best sucks. Find a better place to eat that values customer service because the kids running the front here have none.
Best Server in the bar is CRAIG!! He is very attentive, funny and on top of things. He makes sure his guest have everything they need. If i could give him 10 Stars i would. Thanks Craig.
We were seated quickly, and our server promptly came to greet us and ask for our drink orders. Even though it was very busy, we received our food in a timely manner. The server was training someone new, yet still managed to be polite, friendly, and humorous in her approach. I will certainly visit this location the next time I'm in Victorville.
There's a reason this place has very Long waits it's because of how tasty the food is and how awesome the service is here! I usually order the steak here but this time I had the wings! And let me tell you they were out of this world it tasted so good I almost had a good coma right in that restaurant!!

Too much mustard on my 12Dollar burger. By the time I flagged someone down, the burger was cold. I asked if they could remake it and I would take it to go. When I got home and opened it-they just slapped the whole mess on another bun. It was horrible. I gave it two stars because our drinks were good.
Service was great at this location. Not to busy around 4:00 p.m. the chicken was a little dry but aside from that this was a satisfying visit.
We both had bacon burgers and they were great. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program - you get free food. The service was great, too
