Was skeptical about ordering here since there where so many bad reviews. My husband went through the drive theu and states that customer service was okay, he ordered the Chile relleno burrito with no enchilada sauce, an asada burrito and the nachos supreme. 5 stars all around the food was delicious and although service could have been better, the food made up for that.Definitely my fave was the Chile relleno burrito.
Prices are ok but for the quality of food it's definitely a value. Have to wait a little in the drive thru but that's because they are making your food fresh! ALWAYS ASK FOR ZANAHORIAS ! they are the best spicy pickled carrots in town and they are soft but still slightly crunchy simply perfect!
This restaurant is the best kept secret in Victorville. We had take out. Great flavors. Good sized portions. Good customer service. One lady who works there helped me carry the order to our truck. Good variety of choices. Fair prices. Very clean everywhere inside and out. They said they had been open in this location for over 4 years. We will be back soon. YUMMY!
I really did love going to this place the food was good. Sadly, lately it's been really bad, very salty especially the shredded beef. They been screwing up my orders. If you have high blood pressure please because eating here. I called and the gentleman said he would replace my food but it was late and I asked, I could come the next day. They lied and said no men work there which I know is a lie. Make sure you get the person name you spoke to most likely that person won't work there, lol. You need to take the food back and hopefully you will get better food or your money back. Sadly they lost a customer I will not be going back..
I ordered off of Postmates. I specifically ordered “super” nachos (cost 11.40) which is supposed to come with beans, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. All I got what beans and cheese and it’s seems like the size of a child’s meal and just to add to the flame I ordered a Jamaica (cost 4 and change) which I never even received! I feel like I just threw 16 dollars away! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE!!!!! And the food taste disgusting and stale my dumpster has Better food in it
They would have got five stars but their prices went way up. $11 for a breakfast burrito it used to be around $7 or $8 the last time I got one. Their fast open 24 hours good food just pricey
Dinner at Castenadas was great food was made correctly and fast. Went through the drivethru and was done in a flash. The Horchata was good also the size and quantity of food you get. I recommend this location for some good Mexican food.
Our food was delicious. I asked the woman in the drive thru how big the container of arroz con leche was. She went to the fridge they have in the sit down part and pulled it out, and showed it to me through the window. The only thing I would say is negative is the prices. It was $38 for #14, super nachos and 1 arroz con Leche. Other than that, we were satisfied with the food and service.
This is a fairly new location so I'll give it another try at some point. The food was okay, preparation was a little slow considering there was only a family at another table (not vert busy). There was no ambiance (pictures, nothing on walls) in this place. Tables not occupied were not cleaned from previous use. I'll chalk this up to being new and hope my next dining experience is better.
This was my first time at this place. I will be back. Most definitely. Friend8 staff. Good food. Good prices. Thanks so much.
