Ordered $90plus for 3 items and got BUFFALO WINGS which end up being wings in Italian sauce which was a side sauce, no BUFFALO about it, you'd think they'd say ok sorry for the misunderstanding and bring them back for the correct ones, instead she says contact grub hub and see if they'll give you a refund! UNBELIEVABLE, TACO BELL HAS BETTER SERVICE...$100 For 3 items and couldn't put buffalo sauce on the order.
Sat on hold on the phone for over 10 minutes. Didn’t even get to say hello. Instantly got hit with “Please hold.” After minute 11 or so, decided to just go in since I was close anyway. Less than 5 minutes away. It was almost empty inside. Got two pastas and 8 wings for 60$. During ordering I got cut off by the phone ringing and the cashier girl instantly helping them and making us wait. I have no issue with that in of itself but when I didn’t get that treatment myself I was not happy. Wonder where that service was prior. Not worth it quality wise. The pasta was flavorless. The wings were okay but not worth the price. Dominoes would legit be better in every way. But then again being put to the side like that spoiled this whole trip for me from the start. Won’t be returning.
Now if you went in you probably wouldn’t experience this issue. But for those who like ordering over the phone or online this was a strong pass for this business. We tried to place a order and got confused at the 90$ bill we received due to the small amount of food items we purchased we were advised that the online prices are not the same prices and that per his employee he has a “get to it when I can” mentality and has not updated the prices for online ordering ( false advertising on top of that’s not my problem) and he would not honor the prices or any type of sympathy which would go a long way but these owners don’t take pride in customer service for THEIR MISTAKE.
A great place to enjoy family and friends. Meals are shareable. Freshly made. My favorite is their signature Brooklyn Bake. The pizza is superb. The service is impeccable. Call in or dine. Grubhub delivers.
The leadership and staff have common goal. To present an exprience that promotes value for the customer. If they raise their prices by twenty percent, you would still have good service and great food that surpasses most establishments.
The moment I walked in I was greeted by young lady in the front. After I presented who I was (by name) the owner popped his head out and thank me personally for coming by. He had such a huge smile I couldn’t help but smile back and thank him. It’s thinks like this that makes me want to keep coming back to a place and be a loyal customer. I can’t wait to try the food. Enjoyed a pizza and salad. The food is top notch as it is very apparent that they use top quality ingredients. My guess is that cook is likely one of the owners.There is a little room for improvement.My favorite dressing for my salad is blue cheese. They only have a few options, none of which are blue cheese.My favorite pizza is bacon, mushroom, onion and feta cheese (On top of the mozzarella) . This Italian restaurant doesn't offer feta cheese.Although the waitress spent most of her time texting as opposed to looking after the few customers that were in the restaurant while I was there, I still highly recommend this restaurant. The pizza was awesome. Even without the Feta cheese for my pizza and Blue Cheese for my salad I will come back again when in the area.I'll also qualify that the server was personable, friendly and helpful. She just needs to put the phone away while at work.
The best Eggplant Parmesan in the world. Everything is always delicious. It's always clean here and the servers are always amazing. Every time I come, I bring a friend so they can try it too. Tonight my friend loved the Lasagna. It looked incredible. Truly the best Italian food up here. The vegetables are always fresh and delicious.
Great food, prepared fresh. It's as close as you can get to your favorite small New York Italian Restaurant. So happy they're in the high desert. Better food than you'd find at any other high desert Italian eatery.
