We were treated very well here at BJ’s. We were going to go to Pancho Villas but we ended up coming here because I remember the prices are friendly and the customer service is great but today they were EXCEPTIONAL. The manager for night shift (Krissy) and the front desk host (Maya) and Our Server (Luis) made sure me and my pregnant fiancé were taken care and offered to not charge us for our dinner on this first Father’s Day of mine ❤️ After helping in a situation that could have went worse. Thank you all and I’ll make sure BJ’s is my first place I think of especially night shift when I have friends and/or family is anting to go out and eat even if it’s just a beer ? Can’t thank you all enough. These are the type of gestures that make customers always remember the place and people and always come back.
Always a pleasant experience having Johnny as our bartender. Second mother's day and prime rib and it's always the best and we signed up for the beer club. Thanks Johnny!!
Love this place! Great food and Atmosphere
We are from Utah and tried this for dinner. Absolutely amazing and wonderful. My husband had the broccoli cheddar soup and prime rib. I had the tomato mozzarella salad and salmon. Awesome and large portions. Our server, Robert, was fabulous. If we come back to this area, we will definitely eat here again.
They're okay food wise, way too expensive even if you get appetizers. I tried the boneless wings with rootbeer glaze which was okay. The drinks are super good! I loved my regular margarita and all the servers were super nice. The cranked A/C was also a plus lol. I recommend going if you're in a large group instead of a couple/few people but they're really expensive.
I first tried to order online and the app would not accept my pymt. I was trying to get curbside because I have a 3 month old and didn’t want to get her out the car (had to go in to get order with my daughter). I called to make my order over the phone. I ordered loaded nacho which I had before but with this takeout was the worst. When I got home and opened the box of nachos all the chips were stale. Every chip was uneatable and I threw it away. Not to mention I ordered fries and they were cold. I was so disappointed with BJ and takeout is not a good idea
I went there with my family. It was all of ours first time go to any BJ's Restaurant anywhere. We were at the Victorville location. We ordered a good amount of food, and spent a lot of money there. We took our leftovers home. The next day my daughters and myself found hair in the remaining of the loaded nachos we ordered. I called up there the next day and, not only did they keep transferring from person to person, when we finally got a hold of the manager she was rude and refused to refund us our money. This place is not that good at all. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE INSPECT ANY FOOD YOU GET FROM THEM!!!
I had a business meeting yesterday at this BJ's location. The person I was meeting flew in from Canada. I ask for a quite both for the meeting. The manager set us in a closed section ( perfect). However we did not have a server. I cought the attention of a young server and asked for a couple of ice teas. She siad let me find your server. She came back and siad we were in a closed section but she would take care of us. The young girl did a great job serving us as well. She came to check on our drinks and see if we needed anything else. We did order dinner. The meeting went very well. Id like to thank the manager and the server for the hospitality and great service ;)
Came here today and deeply saddened by the service and the poor quality of food. They are definitely cutting food costs by watering ingredients down. While our waiter would say he had to walk to Walmart to get ingredients, and that why our food and drinks were so delayed! Spent 2 hours here and still didn't get my order completed! I have supported this location numerous times, it's safe to safter today, I will NOT be back. service
Staff was all very friendly and professional. Food was excellent! I was pleasantly surprised to see several vegan/vegetarian options. I did not expect them to be so delish as I thought this was just a typical cookie cutter American franchise with mediocre food. NOT the case here.I strongly recommend the cauliflower options. The bowl was very flavorful and filling. Our wait staff was very attentive. The place was super packed and service was still on point.
