This used to be one of my favorite locations but the last time I went made it where I would never want to return again. The first thing I see when I walk in is a floor that is extremely filthy like it went the whole day without being mopped, after that I noticed there is only half of the flavors because the other ice cream case is broken, and when looking at the employees both of them had filthy uniforms. It seemed extremely filthy and unsanitary.
Quality and flavor were still spot on after all these years. Family favorite for February, Love Potion, still pretty darn good. But... Scoops were much smaller than before yet we paid more? Getting harder and harder to treat the family when prices keep going up. Didn't mind the long line or broken glass because the front door was boarded up. Just give us what we pay for. Sad
Ordered an ice cream birthday cake. Also had a scoop of Peanut Butter & Chocolate, and Gold Medal ice cream with chocolate & caramel sauce. It was yummy!
This is by far one the worse place ever. I took a large party. My nephews and nieces were excited to get ice cream but the moment we walked in the night crew seem so frustrated. As we begging to order they're attitude got worse, it seem that they were upset we brought them business. They were rude all along. Never coming back rather go to cold stone or maybe another Baskin Robin's. This happen on 11/21/2021 around 8pm.
Hello I am from South Lake Tahoe . We had to evacuate the whole town because of the fires . So I’m here in Adelanto staying with my daughter she asked me if I wanted a banana split and I said yes so we went last night To go get one but it was bad service and The worst banana split I’ve had should’ve told the girl that it was not that’s good I ate  a little bit but when I came home I just threw it in the trash I wasn’t happy with it so I called today and they resolved it they told me to go in and go get another one that was nice of them I wasn’t trying to get in another one but when somethings not good you have to tell them I had one before at another Baskin-Robbins and it was so good hopefully this time will be better thank you so much for listening to me from Southlake Tahoe
Mocha blasts is watered down. Very slow service.Also, I understand COVID is happening, but my 6 year old needed to badly use the restroom and they turned her away.
