We waited 30 min. To be seated. They never offered us the happy hour seating. I am in a wheelchair and we wanted the happy hour seating. They didn’t offer it to us so we asked about it and the waiter said he had to ask the manager. The night manager said we will have to wait another 30 minutes for the happy hour seating. They discriminated me because I was in a wheelchair. They assumed I wouldn’t want to be seat in the happy hour section because of my disability. When given a chance to fix it the night manager-heaped on insult to injury and wanted to us wait another 30 min. We allowed our guest got order and get their food. My wife and I did t order any meals. I just wanted to get out of there. Horrible decision making from night manager. This happened on 6/09/2022 at about 9:20pm.
We had a great experience. We had a great waitress Kaeleen who was super nice and the manager Paul was also very polite. We couldn't have asked for better service. Now for the food. Appetizers were so good and the main platter of Ribs was amazing. Ty Applebee's for the great experience
5 stars for the service. 3 for the food. The two bartenders were amazing and attentive. Friendly but not annoying if you know what I mean. Had the Quesadilla Burger and it was good. Just a I remembered. Forgot it was on the menu honestly. The fries were cold and mushy but my expectations weren't high for a chain restaurant. Still a good visit nonetheless.
The food was fine, the service is adequate. My party of 5 sat down and discussed we where not a fan of this particular Apple bees because the service is just ok. To no surprise my the host seemed to have hated her life and the waiter seemed too busy to give us proper service. The waiter was nice and didn't get anything wrong just service could have been a lot better.
I would give this place a five star because the service was great, the waiters were excellent, the drinks were good, the appetizers were good. When I got my main dish it was good, but one of the sides (mac and cheese) that came with my main dish, which I paid extra for, was cold. So I let the waiter know and he was quick to assist me. When he brought the second side back to me it was cold again. And I’m talking the shredded cheese was still solid and the noodles cool. Both times it was the same it was like they brought me back the same side that I complained about. And I asked specifically for it be hot when it came back cause who wants cold Mac and cheese ? ?? Since we had already paid the bill I decided to take it home to warm it up and eat it. but I won’t be coming back for that reason.
Great place to come and eat. The ambiance is very homely and the service is nice. The food could have a bit more flavor, but for the price it is very good. I highly recommend their drinks here, inexpensive and tasty, if you want to hang out with just some appetizers and drinks, then this is the perfect place.
Emily double duty as bartender and our server was awesome patient and had a great smile. She delivered everything we asked for. Quesadilla burger was great. The Asian chicken wrap on menu stated fried chicken but was delivered grilled. Kitchen remade it. Have dined here b4 and will return when in area
The food was good. What I didn't know was you have to be seated in a certain areas to have the happy hour discount on the alcohol beverages. They should ask when they seat you if you plan on having a drink or where you would like to be seated. Went to a different Applebee's and I didn't have this issue.
My husband's and my food was ok, they let the steak rest too long and it became chewy and cold. My burger was also cold. Good but cold. We ended up getting a new host. Staff was ok but if they actually did their job instead of stand around and talk with other coworkers maybe they would have been better. I know the staff is supposed to be friendly but on a "not so busy night" if it gets too the point where your waiting around for your food and to get your check for about 45mins or so and there is no legitimate reason for it like "being busy" then there is no excuse for the way the staff acted that night. All in all though, decent restaurant for a date night or special occasion. Still going to give them 5 stars because we had a good time regardless.
Always there when you need a quick snack and drinks for a good chat with your friends. Service is little slow and to attend, we notice because of our drinks going empty various times in many occasions
