Would have given 5 stars if they still served a vanilla MALT. Definitely 5 stars for the tempura green beans! And the best burgers by far.

Best burgers in town in my opinion can sometimes be busy during lunch time and on weekends but service is good and is nothing to difficult for the price the quality is great always clean and staff friendly and helpful

Got a random extra sandwich and fries and onion rings i didn't order. My burger that was soggy and complete wrong, the most soggy burger I've ever seen in my life I couldn't even eat it. Kinda ruined my whole day. I love the habit I'm not going to this habit ever again out of spite cause that burger made me want to vomit.

Place always has the best chicken sandwiches and onion rings.

This is a great but busy location. The food quality is always great as well as the service. Also enjoy as a truck driver that there is parking behind the business that allows me to park legally and enjoy a decent meal.

Nice location with lots of parking my order is always right and staff is nice the only downside is they need card numbers for phone orders something other habits don't require from my experience.

Second time the online ordering app wouldn't load. Went to Urbane Cafe instead

First of all I will say that I love the Habit and for the most part everything I have ever ordered has been delicious.My complaint is regarding the amount of salad I received. A coworker and I placed an online order for two BBQ Southwest Chicken salads. They put them in a nice big container but when we opened it we were both very disappointed to see how little lettuce and chicken they put in. For an almost $10 salad I feel we got ripped off.

Habit Management,My Family and I attended your Telephone Rd location and I've never experience such an unprofessional Staff. As I repeated my order to the cashier and he conversed with his Co-Worker about leaving early. The male cashier, still manage to get my order incorrect and instead of a Teriyaki chicken sandwich I got a Teriyaki Char Burger, mind you I repeated my order twice. When my ticket was called (#15) and the server handed me my food, I notice the chicken on my salad had some red (blood veins of the chicken) I was going to feed my 7 month old some of the chicken, their fore I let her know the chicken was still raw and if they can recook the chicken. The server herself said to me, you can keep it or toss the salad yourself? I decided to keep the salad to not waist food. As I went back to serve my drinks both the cook and server were speaking Spanish about my order and how their was no problem with the chicken. The server then responds back saying I was complaining so that I can get a FREE MEAL!! I go back to my table to give them the salad back and let her know Im not looking for a free meal but for the chicken to be cooked correctly. They had also fail to give me a cup for my sons kids meal which she seamed irritated when I asked her for a cup, her responds was (didn't they give you a cup already). Last I asked for a copy of my receipt which I never received after paying. Staff also made a big fuss and the same server, (not sure if shes aware of her tone of voice) was asking the cashier why I wanted the receipt and that he should of asked why I needed a copy? Non the less this will be a location not to come back to. I hope Management takes the time to retrain Staff on customer service etiquette and that they also provide a happy work place for their employees, as sometimes our employees can be a reflection of our own Management skills!
