Great service and delicious food with lots of garlic, just the way I like it! Love when places aren't afraid to put a little kick in their food!
We went kind of late on a Sunday evening and it was not crowded. The Murphy Goode Sauvignon Blanc was a nice surprise - an excellent North Coast wine. We shared the Surf 'n Turf platter and most of it was excellent, especially the vegetables and the chops; however, the skewered meats were quite dry. The Greek Salad was tasty, although the tomatoes were very bland - maybe it's not the season for better tomatoes. A nice touch was the bread basket with excellent WARM bread.

Made reservations. Seated promptly, accommodated our heater request. The belly dancer was a nice touch. Stick with the greek food - humus and gyros. Avoid the steak! Drinks were average
We were attending an educational program on the Channel Islands. We had a meal at the Greek Restaurant before out trip. The service was fast and the meal was good. This restaurant is a good place to have a meal! They have plenty of parking and you should consider this place if you are in the area.

There is so much to love about The Greek in Ventura. A family-run business, a beautiful location right on the water, and ohhhhh so much delicious Greek food. Their Greek salad and dressing are my favorite ever, as is their tzatziki. I’ve tried a lot of both of those in my life, but theirs with some warm pita bread is unbeatable. Thank you, The Greek, for supporting your community with donations and lots of love, also. Visit them soon!
