Good service. Beverage was made to request. Found it entertaining that the staff was cool enough to let a man setup an office in the cafe. ...Hey, sometimes Edison cuts your power for wind advisories or your FiOS goes down hard. Most of us have been there and sometimes you have important things to get done. It made the environment feel welcoming for my first visit, and there was plenty of open seating so the guy wasn't in anyone's way.I'll be giving Coffee Bean a few more tries. The major competitor is getting boring and too much 'status' associated.
Pretty ok, staff is great & service too. But the locals stuffed in the corners Leer & make an uncomfortable feeling. Especially the fat guy in the fedora.
Absolutely ridiculous. Waited ten minutes for an ics tea. I did however get caught up in all the workers chit chat drama. Never again. Left without the tea because I need to move on.
There to have coffee with a good friend who I've not seen in 2 years because of COVID. So we had a nice visit, very nice place not too crowded.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, vanilla latte is by far way better than Starbucks
I really like Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I am a late or ice blended person and they are always perfect! The staff is always kind and helpful.
Weather you wanna hang out study or just go for the drinks this location is full of great employees and a lot of seating areas even a private meeting room.
I love this location but one female barista is the worst - her drinks aren't good, she is rude to most people and the mask police (not realizing people are adults and walking 5 steps to throw something away isn't a hazard). I have never had or seen a positive customer experience with her. Several regular customers feel the same way and when she's around, it's not a pleasant experience. How she's a so called manager blows my mind...
I ordered an espresso and it was very good. The staff was friendly and eager to please.The only criticism I have is most of the tables and chairs should be replaced. They are worn out and subsequently uncomfortable.Attention to the restrooms should be had on a more frequent basis.Lastly, some of the electric outlets are taped off and labeled do not use.I think this chain should consider a upgrading the environment as described, because it is essential to your business.
Love this location way better than on Victoria.
