My wife had a complaint about her meal nothing major & how La Bonita handled the complaint with such integrity they have a forever customer. Food was Bomb!!! Grande portions!!! THANK YOU La Bonita!!!
Burrito de asada extremamente grasoso que la tortilla ni se pudo comer. Carne salada y lastima que es la segunda vez que tengo mala experiencia aquí. De verdad parece que la carne fue calentada en manteca.
This place used to be way better! It's still good but I feel like the flavor of there food has changed. I still like their asada and Chicharron. I have only tried from the truck on Ventura Rd and the one on C st. The birria tacos are still really good. I would say it's one of the best places in town to get birria tacos.
Couple of years ago the taste was good they would mess up on your order give you less but it was was worth the trip. Now 4-8-2022 my birria soup and taco had poor taste . And they take too LONG to hand you your order.

Just got an order there and noticed the lady cutting onions on the floor and then she took out the trash and she never washed her hands, she continued to cut the onions on the floor and touching the other food and counters. The customer service was very bad as well the cashier was very rude and they messed up my order and all they could say was that it was okay bc the cashier heard wrong and for that reason she did not charge my tacos that i was missing but never apologized for their own mistake when i repeatedly said my order and confirmed it and she said that it was okay because she didnt charge me. Yet they did charge me and they never gave my missing tacos to me and were yelling over the phone while on the phone call complaining and again, not one apology for their mistake. Im assuming that because they have so many customers they didnt care if 1 complains.but after reading the reviews i can see im not the 1st one whos enxountered this disgusting behavior and customer service.
If i could give a NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD but unfortunately google does not allow that! The owner called the cashier on 3 way and she had to tell the lady to be quiet and let me talk....i jus got home and got my order completely wrong. Called the place and they were EXTREMELY RUDE! DID NOT DO ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT THEIR OWN MISTAKE MADE. ALL THEY SAID WAS "OH THE ORDER WAS WRONG HAVE A GREAT NIGHT" such bad customer service super ugly way of speaking to you husband and I over the phone. I don't understand how even though they made a mistake they still get mad at the customer and do absolutely nothing about it. This is so frustrating and so I furnishing.

La mejor decisión q tomaron fue poner a esa muchachita Sindy de cajera, ahora voy seguido xq me gusta la atención y he probado nuevos platillos. la jericalla es buena pero tienen que llegar temprano. M gusta que ahora estén más enfocados en la atención al cliente.
