Servers were great. They anticipated need and were pleasant and helpful. The food was good. Those ribs! I'll go back for those. The tritip was descent. Paradise iced tea was good. (I'm picky on tea.) Bread was probably pizza dough repurposed as bread sticks. Oh that cauliflower dish was great. It had a garlicky sauce that was delicious.I started this review and hadn't finished it. Returned in the meantime. This experience wasn't as good. Staff still great. Food wasn't though. Ribs were dry. Tri-tip was the same. Tea also still good. The cauliflower tasted off. As in becoming rotten. I hope that wasn't the case. Concerned about freshness now. Other customers were disappointed too (enough to tell the manager). I wonder if there's a new cook in the kitchen? I may not rush to return now.
First time to eat here. Kind of a semi fast food. You order at the front desk, you get you own plate, silverware, drink, ect. Our salad and food all came out at the same time. Meat was good, the Mashed potatoes were cold and dry, Salad dressing was like water. Over Priced!
Used to be a spot we'd come on a regular basis but after today, not so much. The tri tip was mildly warm. There were nothing but forks in the utensil area, we had to ask for knives, then after 15 mins go ask again and they had them in the kitchen. Nothing stocked. No lids. No help, I had to go to the takeout counter to get parmesean and ranch because no servers were coming around and no one was at the front. Also the smell in the womens restroom of rotten eggs was so bad I nearly vomited when I went and you could smell it in the restaurant. The food was good but everything else was so bad it wasn't worth it
It's a great place to go for delicious food. The salmon was amazing with lemon and garlic. They have yummy tri tip and ribs too. The salads are fresh!
Such a great place for lunch or dinner. Our family enjoyed the Stimulus package which included tri-tip or chicken, pizza, salad and bread sticks.
I've only eaten here a few times but the last trip might be one of our last. Place smelled of sewer gas, the guy taking our order couldn't remember simple selections he kept asking to repeat our selections multiple times and still got it wrong. The food as ok with hardly any taste I don't understand the stand and order, grap your utensils and your drink... But leave a trip? Interesting business model
Extremely dissapointed with this locations customer service, undercooked and cold food! When my food was brought to the table the waiter spilled tri tip juice all over my pants and didn't bring me napkins to clean it up. She did apologize, but it didn't seem to be sincere. My daughter ordered medium rare steak and they brought it to her raw! It was not edible! The mashed potatoes were also cold. I was hoping for a better dining experience since my daughters took me here for my birthday dinner. To make things worse they offered nothing. We had to ASK for a refund on my daughters food because she ended up not eating. I hope this was just a bad experience for us and doesn't happen to anyone else. This is by far the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life.
Called To confirm availability of The carrot cake Gerome answered the phone And had no problem checking availability for me he put four to the side so I could come pick them up, when I got there a young lady helped me but then I decided to get one more and she seemed irritated Getome asked what I needed I told him I needed one more so five total and he said no problem and got right on it even checked me out with a smile Gerome is awesome! Give him a raise I’ll be coming back because of him.
Every few months I treat myself to the baby back ribs. I am never disappointed. Great food prepared on time.
Just don't expect any service here but self serve. Just don't care for the atmosphere or set up. Walk in, down ramp, order from menu at register, pay then, get plastic glass for drink & one of those beeping things when food is ready. Get your own utensils, S&P, etc packets, food comes all at once. When server is there, grab them quick if you need anything because you will never see them again. I had salmon, it was good, & coleslaw, $18!
